Great Rub. Sweet with a little zip of spice at the end
This stuff is great. I use it on briskets because it has outstanding flavor that is sweet with a little bite on the end. Highly recommend if you’re an outdoor cooker.

Very tasty on a variety of things
I was skeptical because it says "Mediterranean" and I wasn't sure I'd like it but I really do like it. Originally bought it for fried Brussels sprouts (it's great on them) and accidently put it on a salmon fillet - also great!

Delicious rub that will give your steak's that steak house flavor.
It's a little too pricey for the amount in one bottle, but it is a great rub. Unlike a lot of steak rubs you don't get a lot of saltiness with it, instead you get a nice savory taste on your steak and it really gives it a good steakhouse flavor. Goes really great with bone in rib eyes cooked over lump charcoal at high heat. Going to give this stuff a shot next week on a brisket in a BBQ comp, I'm eager to see how it turns on out a large cut of meat. *Update 11-24-2020* Tried to the rub on a competition brisket this past weekend, the end result was one of the best, if not the best briskets I've ever cooked. I put a light dusting of Bovine Bold on the brisket and then followed it up with the Big Poppa Smokers Double Secret Steak Rub. It was fantastic. If you want to cook a brisket, I highly recommend this rub.
