This food is fintastic!
My 1 year old kitty recently decided he didn't want to eat kitten food any longer. I bought him this food because he loves the Orijen Six Fishes freeze-dried treats so much and he LOVES it. Smells fishy but of course it does, hence the name. Bite-size pieces that are easy for him to chew. His coat is shiny and feels like velvet. He's happy and playful and healthy.

Great Results for Our Cats
We've been very happy with this food. Our cats were dealing with some digestive issues before, and since switching to this recipe, those problems have mostly resolved. The transition went smoothly, and they seem to really enjoy the taste. One of the biggest differences we've noticed is in their coat quality. Their fur looks healthier, feels incredibly soft, and has a noticeable shine. They also seem more energetic, stronger, and overall in better condition than before. It's not the cheapest cat food, but the quality shows in our cats' health and appearance. We're very pleased with the results and plan to keep buying it.

Great quality and the kitties love it
This is very high quality food and our kitties thrive on a mix of this and wellness. We do not open feed we give 2 portions a day. The kitties like this enough that I could easily see them getting overweight if we were to open feed. I know the get good nutrition from this food because they are very healthy and the litter box is consistant and not over full. As you can see this is not inexpensive food but we feel it is the best quality we can but so are ok with the price. The smaller bags have a ziplock to retain freshness But since the larger bag is the best value and it does not have a ziplock we store the food in an airtight container.

High quality cat food, but not for picky eaters.
I bought this Orijen cat food for my cat because I wanted something clean and safe- many low quality cat foods contain preservatives that can be harmful, even carcinogenic. I like that this brand uses natural preservatives and the ingredient list is very clean. However, my cat doesn’t seem to enjoy the taste and refuses to eat much of it. Out of curiosity, I even tried a piece myself, and I think the issue is that it lacks that strong aroma or flavor that cats usually crave. In the end, I found that mixing it with anther cat food works better- my cat is willing to eat it this way. Overall, I still trust the quality and safety of this food, but it may not be the best choice for picky eaters.

Excellent food for fussy cats
One of my cats is very fussy but loves this dry food. It is a very high quality food (not cheap) and this flavor has no chicken in it which my other cat requires due to possible allergy (they both like it).

The best food one can ask for and my cat loves every bit of it.
This is by far the best cat food I have ever had. After I fed it to my cat I literally saw his hair became fuller and softer and healthier and more of his natural color. His mood seemed to have become chilled and at the same time alert and more playful. I bought three different variations of it and I love also the Tundra. I mix it with wet tuna fish one and with plenty of water he is healthy and happy

Everything you WANT nothing you DON’T want
We have researched to death to find a quality Kibble that has simple ingredients and no “fillers” or Cancer causing Chemicals. It was exhausting! But we finally found it!! ORIJEN! Our cat LOVES all the varieties. Of course her Favorite would be the one that smells the worst. But it IS called SIX FISH LOL. We started her on Orijen and never switched. We had to find a wet food at the time as well. Orijen only made dry. BUT, they make wet now! Sadly only Pate and our cat has moved on to liking flakes and shreds. So we feed Applaws wet canned. Her Orijen lasts a long time as the quality ingredients supplies her with high nutritional value keeping her full longer and satisfied. She is now turning 3 years old is 12 lbs and has maintained that weight since last year & vet check. Her skin, coat, eyes, are clear, silky and shiny. We feed 1/4 cup kibble and 1/2 of 2.47 oz can of wet. Morning and evening. We keep a 1/4 cup of kibble available with Booster vitamin toppers (3 or 4) out in the afternoon to nibble and snack on. She never empties the bowl (which is elevated and has a tilt) she will eat a few and leave. She drinks LOTS of water throughout the day from her avocado shape water fountain. Yes, Orijen can be pricey- but we take advantage of sales and buy 9 get 10th free at loyalty rewards stores. We found Amazon to be good as well. Happy healthy cat and fewer Vet bills make this worth it.

The packaging doesn't have zipper. Need prepare a conainer when you open it.
The food is good, my cat loves it. however, the packaging is not good for storing the food.

Top ingredients, my cat is neutral with it
Amazing ingredients, but my cats doesn’t seem to be much into it. She eats it anyway because she has no other choice, but at least I know that this is a great food for her with nutrients she needs and no additives. Would buy again!
