From TikTok sensation Lauren Asher comes the first spicy romance novel in the Dreamland Billionaires series. Get ready to meet the Dreamland Billionaires . . . Rowan I'm in the business of creating fairy tales. Theme parks. Production companies. Five-star hotels. Everything could be all mine if I renovated Dreamland. My initial idea of hiring Zahra was good in theory, but then I kissed her. Things spiraled out of control once I texted her using an alias. By the time I realized where I went wrong, it was too late. People like me don't get happy endings. Not when we're destined to ruin them. Zahra After submitting a drunk proposal criticizing Dreamland's most expensive ride, I should have been fired. Instead, Rowan Kane offered me a dream job. The catch? I had to work for the most difficult boss I'd ever met. Rowan was rude and completely off-limits, but my heart didn't care. At least not until I discovered his secret. It was time to teach the billionaire that money couldn't fix everything. Especially not us. The Fine Print is the first book in a series of spicy standalone novels featuring three billionaire brothers. Review: "We donโt seek to make the world better. We seek to make it ours." - This is the first book that I read written by Lauren Asher and I definitely don't regret picking it up! I have to admit that Lauren has quickly become one of my comfort authors. The grump-sunshine trope has become one of my favourite and this book excelled in it! I wish I could give it more than five stars. Rowan and Zahra's chemistry was sorching and undeniable. They were simply perfect together. "She shines so brightly that everything else pales in comparison. I feel helplessly trapped in her magnetic field, so close to the sun I might burst into flames." Zahra Gulian is sunshine personified. She was funny, happy go lucky, carefree, selfless, humble, optimistic, strong willed and enthusiastic. She didn't let her past with her ex defer her or put her down. Instead she decided to live her life to the fullest and that's what I loved the most about her. She didn't let one incident define her personality and tried to keep other people around her happy. With her obsession with books and tv shows, she became even more relatable to me. "Rowan is like a secret code I want to crackโa human Fort Knox Iโm interested in breaking into, if only to uncover a vaulted heart full of gold." Rowan Kane was the complete contrast compared to Zahra's vibrant personality. He was grumpy, reserved, broken, arrogant, curt, cynical and oblivious but had a heart of gold hidden inside. For years, he thought he was selfish but after meeting Zahra, he slowly let his guard down. No one could understand him better than Zahra did. He was closed off but it was because of a reason and when it was explained, I could really understand him and his pov. "Iโll never stop being greedy when it comes to Zahra. She will always be the exception to any rule and the one person Iโm willing to screw the world over for. Because if sheโs not happy, Iโll ruin whatever stole her smile, myself included." Rowan & Zahra were like yin and yang. One could not simply exist without the other. I really enjoyed the pace of the story. The way Rowan slowly but gradually started to understand the depth of his feelings for Zahra was portrayed beautifully. His not so subtle but little gestures towards her warmed my heart. When he smiled just for her and the kind of person he became with her (in private) was adorable. Rowan's relationship with Zahra's sister Ani was what made me love him to the fullest. What I liked the most about the characters was that they both had depth. One simply chose to hide the pain beneath a bubbly facade and one wore his indifference on his sleeve. "Thereโs no other word to describe the way he worships me. I feel like Iโm laid on an altar, with Rowan showering me with his devotion." The book made me cry and laugh a lot. It was full of angst, tension, a bit of drama, funny and entertaining banter and a chemistry full of passion. I devoured the book in one sitting! The writing was fabulous and kept me hooked. Also, the descriptions of dreamland felt realistic and I could envision the setting clearly. It is definitely one of my favourite reads from this year. The side characters were perfect and I'm so excited for the upcoming books in the series. However, the one couple I look forward to the most is Declan & Iris. (hopefully she is his fc) Anyways, the book was absolute PERFECTION and I can't wait to read more from this word! Review: Grumpy x Sunshine in a Disney-Inspired World? Yes Please. - Grumpy x sunshine, workplace tension, and a Disney-inspired setting โ this book had me hooked right from the start. The Fine Print follows Rowan Kane, who must become the director of Dreamland, a massive amusement park, in order to earn the inheritance left by his grandfather. Rowan has spent years avoiding the park because of painful family memories, but returning forces him to confront both the business and his past. Then he meets Zahra Gulian โ chaotic, creative, sunshine-filled, and completely unafraid to criticize Dreamlandโs managementโฆ without realizing sheโs speaking directly to the new director himself. That awkward first interaction perfectly sets the tone for their relationship. The grumpy x sunshine dynamic works really well here. Rowan is emotionally guarded, blunt, and serious, while Zahra is optimistic, outspoken, and full of energy. Their banter is sharp, funny, and one of the strongest parts of the book. โIf this is what it feels like to be around someone who's pure sunshine, I'll willingly accept the burn. Every. Damn. Time.โ What I liked most was seeing Rowan slowly soften through his actions rather than his words. The quiet gestures โ spending time exploring Dreamland with Zahra or supporting her dreams โ reveal a much more vulnerable side beneath all his walls. I also really enjoyed the behind-the-scenes look at Dreamland itself. Seeing the creativity and work that goes into creating that sense of magic added an extra layer to the story. That said, Rowanโs treatment of employees and some of the working conditions at Dreamland did frustrate me at times, and I wished there had been a little more accountability and groveling later on. Still, overall, this was a fun and engaging romance with strong chemistry, entertaining banter, and a setting that made the story feel especially immersive.

"Enchanting, Addictive, and Unputdownable"
The Fine Print by Lauren Asher is an addictive romance with a perfect blend of humor, tension, and heartwarming moments. The story of Rowan and Zahra is full of witty banter, sizzling chemistry, and emotional depth, making it impossible to put down. The setting, in a magical theme park, adds a unique charm to the story, and the characters are well-developed and relatable. Lauren Asher's writing pulls you in from the first page, and every twist keeps you hooked. If you love contemporary romance with strong characters and a captivating storyline, this is a must-read! The quality of the book could be improved

Okayish
I expected a nice quality of printing but it was just a normal print and the quality is decent. I would recommend it only if it's on a heavy discount or else it's better to buy the original print.

Oh my God, what a rollercoaster this was. I'm not okay. My emotions are all over the place. I fell in love with Zahra on the very first page. Her personality was *chef's kiss* I loved how there were mentions of special children and the problems common people have to face due to the greed of the rich. I felt so much reading this book. Every time Zahra was hurt or going through something my stomach was in knots and I had to stop reading just to take a breath. I felt like I was Zahra. Rowan, Rowan, Rowan, he is one fine man. But tbh I didn't really like him, much less prefer to read about him in the beginning but he slowly grew on me. I loved the character development, for both of them, it was really good. The way Zahra stood up for herself at the end was everything. Also, you could see the gradual development in Rowan, it wasn't sudden it was slow it took time but that is life, you cant change overnight and that was something I loved! Also, why can't I get men who create random people just to talk to me? I loved Zahra, I loved Rowan. I even loved Declan and Iris (I can't wait to read their book after writing this review!!) But my favourite was CAL. Hahaha, I love that guy! No one can tell me otherwise! Ah and also Ani, she is such a sweetheart! <3 Definitely recommend this book!

OMGGGGG!!!!!!
Iโve lost count of how many times I had to fan myself from the sheer tension radiating off Rowan and Zehra. This book had me laughing, blushing, swooning, and literally giggling and kicking my feet in the air at midnight like a hopeless romantic. Iโm so glad I picked it up โ it was pure serotonin in book form!

Ok! Kkkkkk As troppes sรฃo maravilhosas tambรฉm: grumpy and sunshine, ele รฉ o chefe dela, found family e um pequeno age gap. Venham ver como um bilionรกrio se apaixona e voltar a ser um sonhador ao conhecer uma mulher tรฃo incrรญvel quanto a Zhara โค๏ธ๐ธ

A truly masterpiece!
This was my first book of Lauren and definitely wasn't my last. Rowan and Zahra has my entire heart. They're one of the sweetest couples I've ever read. Zahra is such an amazing and powerful woman, I've love her in every page. She inspired me a lot. And Rowan omg! He's so perfectly imperfect! Read his character evolution through the book is so good. His heart is solid gold. All storyline about Dreamland is so freaking good and a really original plotline. Something that I loved btw bc Im a fool for all things about Disney. An amazing read, highly recommended!! So excited to read DeclanIris but I really can't freaking wait for Cal story, need him asap!

Hilarious & cute rom com with HEA
I absolutely LOVED this book. I first fell in love with Lauren Asher's books through the Dirty Air series and I was so excited to read this book when I found out it was a Billionaire series but also set in a theme park!! I honestly think that Rowan is my new favourite grumpy billionaire man. I loved seeing his humour come out and his POV's where honestly some of my favourite chapters. His growth was amazing throughout this book and I loved that it was so up and down all the time! I loved being with his POV when he was first drawing again, that was super sweet. Zahra was hilarious. I loved her character, the way she wouldn't take any of Rowan's crap and challenged him at every turn. Her sister Ani was just gorgeous and she quickly became my favourite side character. I loved the relationship the 2 sisters have and how much Ani was there for both Zahra and Rowan. Rowan's presentation at the end was full of adorable, totally romantic, softie "aww" moments I definitely got the sniffles! It was so perfect. This book was beautiful. I was cackling so many times, my toes were curling, there were so many 'awwww' moments and some really great 'fu' moments too (*cough* the Lance & Rowan moment *cough*) I loved every minute of reading this book & it's 100% going on my rom com re-read lists when I need something that's feel good & fun!
