Delicious, rich roasted sesame flavor! I love experiencing different flavors, and although I have enjoyed sesame seeds treats before before, I had never worked with creamy tahini because I wasn’t sure what I would use it for and how do i use it. The flavor truly surprised me! It has a rich, bold, roasted sesame aroma and taste that is powerful, smooth at first and delicious taste to it.. It is not sweet, but it has a wonderful depth of flavor that you definitely cannot mistake. I used this tahini in my homemade Dubai dark chocolate, and it was absolutely delicious! Out of this world!!! It added a rich, nutty flavor that worked beautifully with the dark chocolate and rich pistachio filling. I also discovered that tahini can be used in many other ways. You can add it to homemade granola or granola bars, cookies, brownies, cakes, energy bites, smoothies, or yogurt. It can also be mixed with honey or maple syrup and drizzled over fruit, toast, oatmeal, or ice cream. For savory dishes, it is wonderful in hummus-yumm, salad dressings, sauces, grain bowls, roasted vegetables, and sandwiches. This tahini is creamy, flavorful, and incredibly versatile. I am so happy I decided to try it, and I am excited to experiment with it in more recipes. Absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend it!

You can’t make Hummus without it
Soom Organic Tahini is probably the best tasting, easiest to work with, and most reasonably priced tahini I’ve ever used. You can’t make authentic Hummus without it and there are dozens of salad dressings, sandwich toppings, sauces and dips that are tahini based. If you cook a lot this tahini will be a great resource to expand your menus.

A quality tahini
This is a good tahini. It is very smooth and not chunky like some other tahini. It is to mix with other ingredients to make a salad dressing. I think I will purchase it again.
