The battery is a bit weak. Outside of that I'm enjoying the phone.

I ordered this phone and it works fine but I wasn't able to get internet outside. I took the phone to a phone repair shop, and the man basically told me that the antenna was broken that's why I wasn't getting any internet. It is unlocked. Update It's not the antenna. The APNs (ACCESS POINT Names) is not connecting to the server. I need my money back Because this is ridiculous. I had to buy a whole new phone and I didn't want that. The guy didn't even charge me because the phone is a lemon. I only gave 1 star because I had to.

Okay I gave this a four because I just got it today Right now so far so good it's working and hopefully it lasts me just as long as a previous one that I had I will definitely be doing a different review if this phone goes out on me but right now like I said so far so good

Hands down great bye I love this phone, it did have a scratch on the screen when it came but it did state that it was a refurbished so I kind of expected there to be a scratch or two here and there but that was the only thing was a little scratch on the screen which is barely noticeable at all with the screen protector I bought you cannot even see it. But I will say do your research I see a lot of people saying oh this didn't match with my phone provider make sure you go to Google and type in this phone and your phone provider and what SIM or model number they work with that's how I was able to figure it out because I honestly had a different phone in my cart I was about to buy until I done the research and figured out hey that will not work with my phone carrier and I found this one which worked great I took my old phone in in this phone and they had the SIM card in this note 20 in less than 5 minutes it's a great phone if you need a new phone and one pretty phone I say buy it but like I said do your research I'm with Cricket it works with Cricket I can say that on the box it said it came from Metro customer service so I'm guessing it might work with them too but I would do the research before doing it.

I was so excited to get this phone. 3 if my friends have it. Maybe because mine was refurbished, but it didn't work! I can't talk on phone unless it is on speaker phone. (Which then the person I am taking to can barely hear me). And when the description says "Super Fast Charging boosts your battery in just minutes"... it doesn't. It has been plugged in for an hour now without it being used and still at only 52%. I have anyways bought refurbished phones (not from this seller), and have never had a problem. I have major health problems and now I will be without a phone while I do a return and wait for another phone. Even if I kept this phone, I wouldn't be able to call 911 because they can't hear me!!!
