HUE Women's Air Cushion Sport Socks 3 Pair Pack

***Update*** 5/4/16 These are still must-haves in my daily wardrobe if I am not wearing flip flops. I have ordered more of these to keep stocked up in my sock drawer because I favor these over regular socks for casual wear with my booties and chucks. The original pairs I bought have held up very nicely. They are as soft and cushiony as the first day I wore them. The only thing I notice is that the super thin gel material that clings to your heel has worn down a bit, but overall it has not lost its functionality. They are still far better and longer lasting than any other liners out there. Go HUE! for producing the most comfortable liners to wear with all sorts of shoes. These do no slip off and make you feel secure to walk miles without having to adjust them. Size/fit is just right. I have worn them with low profile chucks "Dainty Ox" for ladies. These shoes require very low socks, but it has to cling to your heel so the sock doesn't slip off when you walk. These do just that! They are made so well and with high quality material. Stretchy and snug. The back of the heel has about a 1-inch patch made of super thin gel material that clings to you at all times. Even if I stand on my tippy toes or flex my feet, it will not slip off. I love these so much I have worn them with black ankle boots and even running shoes when I was in a hurry and didn't have time to change socks. It is highly absorbent to prevent that clammy feel in your shoes. I will be back for more in the future.

I use these to protect my feet when I take aquatic bodywork classes. Walking and pushing off from the bottom of the pool all day long wears the skin off my toes. These socks are grippy, protective and comfy. They don’t slip and they don’t strangle my instep. I still have full sensory connection with the ground. I wear a women’s size 8, but I loaned these to classmates who ranged from W6 to M10 and everyone who tried them liked them. Good for Healing Dance, Watsu and other forms of water massage. They will wear out in days to weeks, but that’s better than bloody toes.

Update: WASH SEPARATELY! These turned the wash water dark grey. This is after being washed several times. Fortunately I washed these with other colored socks and dark pants so they didn’t ruin anything. It’s a bummer that they didn’t use a better dye but I still love these socks. Why did you pick this product vs others?: I had 3 pair of these that I purchased many many years ago and have just now worn through in the heel. They remained soft and comfortable the whole time too and never slipped into my shoes. I’m so glad I found these here! I hope the quality is still the same and so far they seem to be. They got much softer after washing. The material is a cotton blend that keeps my feet fairly cool. One little problem is that the black dye fades a bit so I’d wash them separately the first few times. I was wearing them and my feet got wet and they turned my feet grey. No problems if your feet stay dry. I wish they were available in more colors than black and pastels.

These are great to keep shoes from rubbing on back of ankle area. (No bandage needed with these.) However, they don't stick up way above the shoe. Thickness of material is nice. Have in white, black, and some colors. All nice. I have a small foot and they are not too large and do not bunch up.

I purchased three kinds of socks all quarter length: Wigwam, Hue, and K-Swiss. The Wigwam was by far the best. The most expensive too. But they do wear well, feel very comfortable and stay in place. They are a little thicker than the other two, but not enough to make it uncomfortable. The Hue is a little lower on the leg and is the thinnest. It fits really good, as does the Wigwam. Both of these two (Wigwam and Hue) wash well. Now for the worst performer, the K-Swiss. I can't say enough bad about them except maybe they are one step above what you'd get at Big Lots! (done that). They come in a right and left sock, why I don't know, they don't fit right - too long toe to heel which leaves extra material around the arch which is very uncomfortable. I was hoping they'd shrink but they didn't. After having the K-Swiss only 8 weeks or so I see a seam starting to tear out, and they pill when washed and stain easily - they always look dirty no matter what I put in the wash water to clean them. Wigwam and Hue have no seams pulling out. My highest rating goes to Wigwam - which btw is made in America, and if you are tight on money then go for the Hue. Forget the K-Swiss, makes me glad there was only two pair in the pack!

I have had other hue socks ("jean" socks and "no show" socks) and loved them. I recently got these as i need to wear tennis shoes while recovering from foot surgery and need comfy tennis shoe socks. These are it! I was gifted Bombas socks for Xmas, and LOVED them! But cannot justify the price for more everyday socks. These are almost as good and I will order more! Soft on the bottom, fit well in shoes, tight around the ankle without leaving marks (age 50, size 10 foot).

Love the socks, but future buyers might want to know they run a bit small.

These are wonderful trainer socks. Soft, comfy and they don't take up too much room inside the shoe. They are also ideal for the summer as they keep my feet cool
