Rugby is a fantastic brand that is offered at an incredible value. These D3 come as very tiny capsules so they are very easy to swallow. They smell perfect with no off putting odor and are the perfect daily dose. I actually discovered this brand because my doctor prescribed a different vitamin supplement and when I went to the big chain pharmacy they actually were using Rugby brand to fill the prescription.
