Seem like a good chewable vitamin for women
So far, so good. I was subscribed to the GEM chewable vitamins until I figured out that the probiotics in them were not agreeing with me. I wanted chewables that actually have vitamins that I need and not probiotics. These are not loaded with sugar, and taste pretty good.

Soft chews are a good way to get vitamins. They’re individually wrapped. You can taste the vitamins in them but that’s okay because they’re vitamins.

I purchased these for the amount of different vitamins in them-- most multi-vitamins have way too much of some vitamins and not enough of others. This seemed fairly balanced for my needs although I only have 1/2 of one per day. The taste is a bit weird but not a bad taste so perfect for vitamins-- they are not candy.
