A little pricey but can definitely tell a difference when I miss my dose! Taste is AWFUL but you get used to it after awhile. Most definitely helps with my low iron, ferritin levels!

Test results not withstanding, I really feel like this supplement is helping me. I will update in a few weeks after blood test results to see if it truly helps. However, my migraines are fewer, my heat tolerance is getting better, and general overall wellness. My only complaint is definitely the flavor. It’s awful at first… wasn’t sure I could keep taking it. But I found it goes down really well with orange juice! Give it a try!

I am anemic & it works very well. I chose liquid form because I struggle with pills sometimes. The only thing tho is the taste lol. It resembles the taste of blood to me. Not sure what could be done about that but all in all, I’m just glad it works. A nice chaser like orange juice or the morning smoothie is helpful. I’m not completely against purchasing again tbh honest because like I said, it works. Oh, and I don’t recommend taking on an empty stomach. It made me feel a little bit uneasy but I felt better after I ate something.

Effective, gentle on the stomach and no constipation. It tastes like metal water with sugar. Be aware that it will stain your teeth. I am attaching a picture of my teeth after several weeks on this. I noticed my teeth get really yellow first and then all of a sudden the front teeth looked translucent. I was so scared that I went to see my dentist. he said my teeth looks healthy, but he can’t figure out why it turned translucent. I did a lot of Google research and found similar situations. They said it is iron stain on the teeth so I went into my dentist again for teeth cleaning, and it came off nicely. My teeth is white and shiny as before now. my dentist told me to use straws when taking this and rinse the mouth right after. just wanted to share with everybody. It was really scary to me. I thought something wrong with my teeth. Manufacturer shall add warning on the product label for that.
