I ordered the Philips Steam Iron Series 3000 (DST3011/26), but unfortunately, the product I received is a fake. The packaging and build quality do not match the original Philips standards, and it is clearly not an authentic product. Very disappointed, as I expected a genuine Philips iron and instead received a poor-quality copy. This is misleading and unacceptable. I strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.

جيد لكن يلصق في الملابس احيانا ويجب ان تكون حذر لان طبقة السيراميك غير مناسبه نوعا ما بسبب التصاق الملابس وظهور علامات سوداء مثل الحرق على طبقة السيراميك
