Seems just as good as the ones the PTs use. Heavy, strong and yes, it hurts. That's what it is supposed to do to break down the knots in soft tissue.

I've seen videos on muscle scraping so of course I had to try it. This is very heavy duty and high quality. It is compact enough to fit comfortably in my hand but large enough to hit big muscles for relief. I lift weights 4x a week so this really helps. It contours to my legs and upper traps.

This product works really well on more shoulder bursitis. It's a very solid well made product. I will continue to use it after all my workouts.

I liked this so much I bought a set of three other tools and gave this one to my best friend who is a runner. Super easy to use, very effective, great fit in my hand without making it cramp. You just need a little lube/oil and scrape away. There are a ton of YouTube videos out there to help show you how it’s done or you can go to your local PT or athletic therapist to show you how to do it. I had my eye on a super expensive one (the one with ALL the ads lately) and I am glad I did NOT go that route. I feel these tools are just as effective and will not break the bank. Plus I could afford a couple of them for different muscle groups.
