Will this help with dark patches on my face? im fed up with looking like i have dirty face and mustash

i) retinol at night time, maybe start with 01.% 2 to 3 times per week (tretonion, or differin or another make but always check the %), and then build up to every night usage- may cause some dryness and peeling initially but that's good. If a product doesn't give you the %, do NOT buy it. ii) Tranexamic Acid in the morning- ideally a product with vitamin c in also to save buying 2 separate products iii) factor 50 sunscreen, yes, factor FIFTY. So you got to layer up creams/serums in the morning- your tranexamic acid, vitamin C and sunscreen. Heavy duty sunscreen, sunscreen, sunscreen, or as fast as it fades it'll come back. DO NOT USE retinol in the day time. Do that religiously for 3 months and let me know. Or see a dermatologist. Or google for a COSMELAN clinic near you- I've not had the treatment but see lots of good reviews about it for melasma and hyperpigmentation.

Why is it leaving a few white streaks on my face when it dries?

I don't know as it never left a mark on my face. maybe you are using too much. You only need a small amount and massage it in.
