It works! Quite easy to install. It looks a bit different, but fits and performs as it should.

The relief valve on my motorhome failed and would leak really bad when the water was fully heated. I was concerned that maybe it was getting too hot or too much pressure. But this was the first logical part to replace. Fixed my problem.

Worked well after installing in my water heater in my horse trailer with living quarters.

Installed with ease on my Attwood RV 6 gallon hot water tank. This fixed the leaky pressure relief valve, but also showed us the RV thermostat on the tank was bad as well. We did our research and bought that off of Amazon as well. The hot water tank works perfectly now. Very simple part, all tanks have them. You just have to make sure you buy the correct size for your tank. They are labeled by size.

I Installed this part for our Travel Trailers hot water heater that began to leak on our last trip. It is an exact factory part that installed very quickly and easily. Only had to remove the old leaker which was in tight but a large pair of Channel Lock pliers worked to get loose and I taped up the threads with some heavy duty Teflon tape to seal up the connection. Used a large crescent wrench to tighten up which worked well with the valves construction. I am sure it will do it's job and protect the water heater and not leak. Very good parts to choose from on Amazon and the prices and selection can't be beat. Thanks

Water heater doesn't spew hot water anymore and the kids get warm showers after lake time again. Most excellent.
