I am an insomniac and have been for years. I use 2 Hilma, 2 Perfect Vitamin Melatonin 60 mg each, and 3 Life Extension Neuro-Mag. Knocks me out for a great sleep every night. Was able to stop taking Advil and Tylenol PM.

Is this product lactose free?

It looks as though it is dairy free. Best to call Hilma to rule it out though.
