I have loved these. They were suggested by a rep at a forum recently - I tried the sample i was given and, waow, within hours I could feel the difference. I continued on and completed a full 4-5 week course and was really impressed by the soft and supported feeling. I have taken adaotagens before, But I love the combo of B vits and GABA support alongside the adaptogens, so you have a sensed relief from the start as well as the adaptagen acting over weeks in the background. I have suggested to a few friends in weeks when they have been overwhelmed - it is actually their feedback that drove me to write a review (I never do) - unanimous good feedback amongst my friend group, some folks with significant improvement in thwor QOL! This is a really useful tool to have in the box now for times of heavy stress and busyness!

It combines a comprehensive, potent Vitamin B complex with Vitamin C and Magnesium to reduce tiredness and manage stress. I'm a big fan of pure encapsulations so when i saw they do a support formula I was all for it. In typical PE fashion - the quality is high, the tablets are easy to swallow and there is no smell whatsoever for anyone who is sensitive to it. It has all the ingredients you need for daily support although I WAS missing some zinc and copper personally but otherwise everything is in there - especially for womens health. Wheather it makes me sleep better i cannot say since I supplement with magnesium a lot but I would say if I was new to it - it propably would help me sleep and be less tired. The slight downside is that it's not the greatest value for money - because , yes you DO get 90 tablets - but you also have to take 3 a day - which means you have a months supply in this box which for 35 GBP is pretty steep if higher end supplements are not something you can easily afford.

Serving size is 3 capsules daily, which makes this a month's supply. This brand is cGMP compliant. If pregnant or lactating, seek advice before taking. These are easy to swallow with a glass of water, though, me being me, I sometimes forget to take three a day! No stomach upsets. I suffer from anxiety, panic and insomnia and feel that bit more grounded when taking these - though - they are pricey. No energy dip like I usually get (menopausal woman who sometimes needs to nap!). For purity-tested, clinically-backed ingredients with no unnecessary fillers, they may be worth it to you if your agitation is particularly bad (been there, done that, and feeling calm, for me, is priceless).

Made me feel woozy and lightheaded taking it in the morning, lasted a few hours. Probably the less standard ingredients like Ashwaghanda. I’m going to use the standard Pure multivitamin instead.

When it comes to Supplements, I feel that I owe it to both myself, and especially to my family, to always carry out appropriate research to establish the Supplement's potential to improve our health, or to adversely affect it, before I am in any position to decide if it's worth consuming, and if the cost is worth paying. This is why I now only allow myself and my family to consume Supplements that I have previously identified may have a health benefit, and to only buy those Brands that are likely to contain the Supplement that I have previously identified may be worth consuming. So, for me at least, it's a simple Daily Support Formula Test: (𝟭) Is it worth consuming? (𝟮) Is it worth buying? (𝟯) Does the Pure Encapsulations Brand actually contain all of the ingredients listed as being in the Daily Support Formula? Consuming something that contains nothing of any benefit, or worse, is not only a complete waste of money, but it is also a wasted opportunity to potentially improve one's health, or to help avoid an otherwise avoidable health problem. The latter is crucially important and, in my opinion, significantly outweighs the financial considerations. On this occasion, I was satisfied that there was credible evidence that the Pure Encapsulations Brand does contain all of the ingredients listed in the Daily Support Formula (90x Capsules 3x Capsules per Serving) and in the quantity stated, and that any related test results were either credible, verifiable, or both. 𝗗𝗶𝗱 𝗜 𝗢𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝘆 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀? In the short term, that is usually impossible to say, because few Supplements are likely to reveal any benefits over just a few days. The effect may take weeks, or even Months, or there may be no observable effect if it has helped to avoid a problem. Therefore, my main approach initially, has been to watch for any adverse effects and, in that respect, I can confirm that I have not noticed any from consuming the Daily Support Formula Supplement made by Pure Encapsulations. Yes, Pure Encapsulations' Daily Support Formula is well presented and I found the contents in good condition and free from both tampering and general contamination. However, the Cap was loose, so the main protection relied upon was just a single Seal beneath the Cap. I would prefer to see the Cap properly fitted, and with some additional anti-tampering measures, such as an additional Seal around the Cap itself to confirm it has not been removed after manufacture.
