I have a cat to which I am severely allergic and I will never leave him. I've been on allergy meds, inhalers and nasal steroids for years, but they didn't do a lot for my eyes. Recently, my doc took me off all meds for another health issue and my eyes have been horribly swollen, itchy and red. One drop in each eye immediately relieved the itching and swelling. I can endure the sneezing and wheezing, but my itchy eyes were driving me crazy. 5 stars. This stuff works great. Here's my cat, Steven.

Alaway actually works and it's the 4th allergy eye drop I've tried during the 2026 season. Others work, for half hour and the itch returns. Alaway is going strong after 4 hours, my eyes aren't dried out. Highly recommended.

I have a cat that sheds A TON. My seasonal allergies are horrendous especially being allergic to her dandruff. During the winter and some summer months can tolerate her sleeping on my bed at night and petting her but in the spring time my eyes itch so bad and get so swollen because of her. With these eye drops I don’t have that problem not one bit! First night I used them I had her sleeping right above my head and my eyes didn’t even itch one time! Normally I even wake up in the middle of the night a few times because of how bad my eyes itch. this stuff is truly amazing and works really well! Only downside is that the bottle is extremely tiny. I get it you’re only putting one drop in each eye but it seems a little expensive for how tiny it is but granted it works wonders. Highly recommend for anyone with seasonal outdoor allergies or pet allergies!

I got these eye drops for my wife since she sometimes gets itchy, irritated, or slightly red eyes. They actually work pretty well. The drops usually start helping within a few minutes and keep the itching under control for a good while. She also uses them before bed sometimes, and by the next morning the redness and discomfort are usually much better. I tried them once myself when my eyes felt irritated from dust or pollen. They do sting a little at first, but it fades quickly and the relief comes shortly after. Overall, nothing to complain about, they do what they’re supposed to do. It’s a solid product and something worth keeping at home just in case.

Love this stuff have bad allergies and it really works for red and itching

I had an eye infection that caused intense discomfort and persistent itching. I used this product for a few days, and it healed my eye quickly.

Drops may work but opening the sealed dropper cap is close to impossible. Very annoying - especially for seniors with arthritis issues.
