Are these freesias really fragrant?

Freesias are really fragrant however I only had one flower from all my bulbs but it was scented

Storage- for how long can I keep the bulbs in their paper package before planting these freesia bulbs?

You should be able to store them somewhere cool, dry and dark, wrapped in paper, for up to a year. Of course this depends on how long they have been stored for previously. To be on the safe side, plant in enough time to enjoy them before the first frost. Most freesia bulbs won’t survive frosts.
