Poligrip Power Max Power Hold plus Seal Denture Adhesive Cream, Denture Cream for Secure Hold and Food Seal, Flavor Free - 2.2 oz (Pack of 4)

I had been looking for some denture glue that would seal out food and have really good adhesion without any flavors. I had tried some others before and I couldn't get past having flavor that altered the taste of my food. This one is excellent for that! It does the best job I've ever had for sealing food out from under my dentures and for holding them in place when I eat some thing that is really tough or hard or crispy. I was even able to eat a candy that was made of very sticky caramel and pecans. My dentures did not budge and the tiny pieces of nuts did not get underneath. However, even though the packaging says it holds for 12 hours, I have found that it holds for over 24 hours and I have had occasions when I tried to remove it before 24 hours where it actually tore some skin off with the glue. And, when I finally get the dentures out there is a massive amount of glue left in my mouth. After it has been in my mouth for many hours, has the consistency and appearance of rubber cement! It sometimes takes me up to 15 minutes to get all of the glue out of my mouth after I remove the dentures. I will keep using it because it doesn't alter the taste of food and it sticks really good and seals food out. However, be warned That you may have some difficulty getting all of the glue out of your mouth when you remove the dentures.

My husband says this really seals well and works better than any other poligrip variations he's bought before.

No matter how much i use my top denture will not hold. My teeth fall out. I had still been finishing up my fixadent brand, so I just started to use the Poligrip I did not know it would not work. There for I went past the date of no return. I bought a whole box of the Polident and cant even return it.

Can’t beat the price for this. It holds well and is tasteless. And doesn’t take much to remove when cleaning.

This review will cover three products (Seabond Upper adhesive, Seabond Lower adhesive, Poligrip Power Max). I recently have all my teeth removed and got full mouth dentures. I tried both Seabond and Poligrip adhesive and each has its strength and weaknesses. Using Poligrip only was very good with one drawback. Removing the adhesive from your upper palate is a chore unto itself and very cumbersome. Using both Seabond upper and lower adhesive only the lower would not hold my bottom denture - the upper adhesive is very secure with no worries of your upper dentures falling out - very easier to remove your upper dentures and clean your gums - not so true with bottom adhesive - the bottom dentures always fall out when speaking - forget about eating with Seabond lower adhesive. The right balance for me was using Seabond upper adhesive along with Poligrip Max Power for my lower dentures. This method holds my dentures securely along with easy daily maintenance. UPDATE: I've been experimenting with different method to secure my upper and lower dentures - I've found the right combination. Each evening when I remove my dentures it's a tedious process to clean the goo from the dentures themself and especially the goo from my gums and roof of my mouth. I now apply the Poligrip adhesive to the uppers and lowers. Even though the Seabond upper adhesive works pretty good I got an absolutely secure fit by applying the Seabond adhesive on top of the Poligrip - snug and very comfortable with not worries whatsoever. Using the Seabond lower adhesive is a non starter (be prepared for your lower denture to fall out frequently) - so I switched to Poligrip for my lowers. Having said that, my biggest gripe is removing the goo from my gums and the roof of the mouth. This takes me fifteen minutes per evening. So, I add the Seabond adhesive on top of the Poligrip for the lowers. Now when I remove my dentures each evening removing the goo takes less than thirty seconds. The Seabond adhesive doesn't leave any goo in your mouth. Takes seconds to pull the adhesive of the dentures and a minute to clean the upper and lowers it saves time. No mess. Stress goes down.

Best we have ever used. Terrific thin steady stream of content. Recommended.

So economical to buy in bulk like this! Strong hold and doesn't have an unpleasant taste! Easy to clean as well.

It holds well for about 10 hours maybe then it starts loosening a little. But I’m satisfied with that. I carry a travel package with me so so when it starts the weekend, I just touch it up
