I’m not usually a lipstick person but I got this for a costume, and this honestly was such a great lipstick! It’s super easy to apply, but you’ll definitely need two coats for the full affect. It’s a matte black finish and it doesn’t feel sticky, even after I applied three coats. It also wore it for about 6-7 hours, and not counting the three coats I applied right at the beginning, I did not have to reapply the entire time. It lasts through eating, drinking, lots of yapping, and once it’s dry it won’t really get on your teeth. You could probably apply a light coat of gloss if you wanted a shiny finish. It also didn’t look cakey, even after three coats. Overall, a great lipstick and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a long lasting black lipstick.

The color was perfect. It does bleed a little for those of us with mature lips or drinks from straws so a good liner fixes this problem. Has a little metallic look to it which I loved and feels great on the lips. NOT drying. Stayed on well but after a meal needed touched up. But only once in 4 hours. Will buy this brand again!

Cons: I got the green shade, I've been looking for a dark jewel toned green liquid lips for a while so I was pretty excited when I found this. Its more of a grey green than it is a dark emerald like in the picture, it also didn't have very long wear for the center of my lips after an hour or 2 of having drinks and talking the coverage was gone (but did stay on the outside of my lips ok). I understand that shades will vary batch to batch more-so with small businesses and took that risk.Pros: went on super smooth, dried relatively quickly but not so quick that you can't clean up the edges if you mess up on the outline. Once its dry, no stickiness and was pretty easy to take off with micelar water at the end of the night.Overall, I'm not mad at it for the price its still cute and I will wear it again, I'll just keep it on me when I go out so I can reapply it!

Product went on smooth and you get a lot of product which is a plus! However, after allowing this to dry on my lips it got really sticky. There is a small bit of transfer when i run my finger across my lips. Which is not a big deal but I can’t really get over the sticky feeling on my lips.UPDATE:After letting the product sit at room temperature it is way less sticky. I am not sure if being in the cold had anything to do with the sticky feeling. But its waaay less sticky and nice! Thank you!

Giving a 3. True in color one swipe. However, color doesn't last thru the day, but leaves a very barely there tint of color. Doesn't transfer once dry, so I don't get why it fades off? I also found it to be not so moisturizing upon the lips. I probably will buy another again for the deep color it offers just need a lip primer to hold better.

Okay soooo.... I've never EVER been bold or brave enough to try black lipstick... Ever. But I was looking for something different in color other than what I'm use to (reds, pinks, mauve, gold, etc.) to wearing. I am so glad I found this after searching and searching aaaaaand searching. The reviews are definitely true about how long it lasts. I mean for real!When I opened it, I immediately wanted to smell it, cuz I mean... It's black, all I was thinking was a stinky ink smell. Lol! Boy was I wrong. It smells like a hint of vanilla (to me) which I like. When I first applied it, it was shiny going on, and felt creamy. As it dried it was no longer creamy but it did not feel dry to the point it had a chapped lip kind of feeling. Just dry and smooth is the best way I can describe it.Lastly, I wore it for a few hours and it held up very well. This was just a test wear before I actually wear it out to a birthday party. I am so so happy with this product. I will be buying the other colors.It really won't come off y'all.I tried using just water a few times. But still wouldn't budge. I Love it though! All it took was some Vaseline rubbed over it and it started to wipe right off. So just a little sidenote: DO NOT APPLY lip gloss or anything for shine to this product because it will become easy to smear/come off. Over all I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. I guarantee you will be too! Yeeeessss honey! 😂

Once it dries, it does not easily transfer. You can make out with this on and unless your making out with some reasonable stubble on a chin, it ain't transferring!Very impressed with this lipstick! It also doesn't just come off with water. You need makeup remover.Very weightless once dry, I forgot it was even there. Most lipsticks don't really dry solid like this, the ones I have generally stay wet which I hate. Might honestly get a couple more colors in this!

I have bought from this listing several times in the past and this is not what I expected to recieve. The formula is more liquidated, smells like perfume, comes in a smaller tube than I had recieved a few months ago, has an entirely different logo, and most importantly, burns. Albeit faint, I'm not someone who has allergies or sensitive skin, so it was concerning to say the least. As someone with sensory issues however, this lipstick was an absolute disappointment compared to what I had recieved my past few purchases. On top of it all, upon attempting to "make it work" this lipstick has mediocre coverage (based on multiple application attempts), transfers extremely easily, and takes over a minute to get properly dry, from which it is sticky and glossy— not matter at all. The previous formula was thicker, had better coverage, did not sting/burn my lips and only transfered *slightly* when my lips met a wet surface. I had seen other consumers complain about the applicator only when I checked back to the listing when receiving my package, as I realized something was wrong, and so I tried to swap the applicators hoping that issue wouldn't arise, only to find that the applicator for my newer one not only was too small to even fit in the given space, but my previous applicator was much too large to even try such a maneuver. If this were my actual lipstick, the one with the cursive logo, I would have given as many stars as possible. This product, however, hardly deserves half and does not live up to the expectations of the previous formula/tube. I will never be buying this product again.
