It works perfectly! Be careful since the heat parch may irritate your skin, so cut into small pieces and apply to the skin at least for the first time use.

I purchased this item in October of 2024. It arrived quickly. I got to work on using these patches immediately. It is easy to apply. The instructions are written in the package. The menthol scent is pleasant. I found that the patches will not adhere correctly if the knee is not cleaned first. So, take the time to clean the area before using. The nice thing is it's easy to remove. Not too much pulling of the skin. It provides relief for a good minute. I use it as soon as I need immediate relief, which is every day. I do not leave it on for more than 4 hours though. As soon as I feel relief and relaxed, I take it off. These are one of those items that became my go to necessities that I have in my purse. In those moments of need, I pack it along with my disinfectant wipes. This past holiday shopping marathon and long lines, it came in handy and was a real life saver.

These patches are a game changer. I have been told that I need surgery on my back because my lumbar discs are so messed up and rotated and no cushion. Having to get around on a scooter because I cannot walk from the sciatic pain I put these on my back and no lie I am actually able to walk. Can’t stand up straight, but I can walk the pain. Yesterday was a nine today is a four and this is just one package first time. I love these things. My husband has a rotator cuff surgery that did not go well last year and has intermittent pain last night‘s pain got really really bad. He put a patch on this morning and came to wake me up to tell me how much better it feels. He said these are amazing. He said please buy more so I recommend him. I am a nurse. These are amazing.

I am not sure if this is really how its supposed to work? Or how it just turned out for me. After carefully reading the instructions..... did anyone else have issues with the translations to English? I usually don't buy things that say "burning" and "lesions" in the instructions. BUT my husband saw this on TikTok (YES!) and bought a pack for my knee. After I placed the pad on my knee, I could feel the heat! Like REALLY feel the HEAT! I expected to see smoke after. So... it was wierd- I peeled the patch off and it stayed pretty warm for another good hour.

My mom gave me one of these from her box for my knee pain and I broke my ankles running to buy more. I ran varsity cross country in high school and did MMA for years which tore my knees apart. These things Save my knees! They work as soon as you put them on and work for about 4 hours. They give a heat level that gives relief without over burning, but still and undertone of cooling, and there isn’t an over powering odor. They stay on through house work or a work shift so you get bang for your buck because they keep working for a few more hours After you peel off the sticker, and they’re durable. They are incredibly sticky and can be a little ouchie to peel off so watch out. But it’s a tiny price to pay for the relief of pain these things give!!! I will be a life long buyer.

Help (better than rub on cream

I wish they would stick to my knee long enough for me to give a better review. It’s putting off the menthol/mint which feels really nice but again won’t stay on by itself for more than 30-45 min. I’m literally just sitting on my sofa so no reason why it shouldn’t.
