how do I enlarge the size of the ring

There are overlapping sections of the ring at the bottom. Just pull them apart until it becomes the size needed

I’m not sure i didn’t waste my time in getting in touch with them you can try and contact them and see if they do fix it it’ll probably take a while to get it back Sorry I couldn’t give you a better answer
