I was impressed with the mandolin slicer. The blade is sharp and cute through potatoes like butter. It made quick work of the scalloped potatoes for Thanksgiving dinner. It cleaned up easily and stores nicely. It is light weight and easy to handle and the suction cups keeps it in place while using.

Couldn’t chop raw carrots 🥕 anymore as it bothered my shoulder terribly. Enter this bad boy: incredibly easy to use. Very sharp but not as dangerous as most hand held mandolins. Versatile. Different settings control the thick and thin. Eliminated shoulder pain. Score!!! Excellent product. 100 ⭐️’s

Absolutely love this. The suction on the feet work well. The blade is very sharp and sliced my sweet potatoes perfectly. It was very fast and super easy. The size is fine. I recommend the Mandolin.

I've always wanted to make home fries straight from the potato, but the work to cut individual potatoes as a busy, working mom was a real turn off. This changed my life. I now only make home fries from potatoes I purchase. It works as advertised. Slip resistant, check. Size and thickness of cuts, check. Material of product, sturdy. The only reason I've not given it 5 stars is because the instructions could be a bit clearer. Otherwise, excellent product!

I ordered this because I was tired of getting hurt when using normal mandolin. I used it to slice potatoes to make scalloped potatoes for Easter. It was fast and easy to use and perfect slices. Then I sliced cucumbers for a veggie tray....OMG I wish I had this before now. I even did a potato to make fries in my air fryer...it was wonderful. I highly recommend this Mandoline.

This thing works! I used it to thin slice cabbage for Coleslaw and to thin chop carrots for the slaw. The cutter stayed put on the kitchen counter and it was very sturdy. Really saved time slicing vs slicing with a knife. Never liked a mandolin slicer because I hated the idea of finger tips in the dish. This slicer is SAFE! My only minor concern is that the hopper size had me cut the cabbage into 1/8's vs 1/4's and some of the sliced cabbage missed the catch tray. Carrots, med. onions, potatoes etc. Will easily fit the hopper. Carrots did not land outside the tray. So, my minor concerns are really non-issues. Clean up was a breeze. I usef the spray nozzle at the sink and 99% of stuff came off the slicer. I had one small piece of carrot I had to pick out of the slicer. A soak in soapy water, a quick brush and a rinse was all it took. Instructions say dishwasher is OK but don't put it through the dry cycle. We just let it set on the counter 'till dry. I like it and recommend it. Really glad I found it.

It took me too long to write this review. The chopper is well made, very easy to set up and use and cleans up like a dream even if you hand wash it instead of letting the dishwasher do the work. Your hands never get even close to the blade so it is great for newer cooks or experieced cooks that might have some arthritis or other issues. I highly recommend this product, great quality at a great price.

Very easy to use for quickly slicing carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and zucchini. Unfortunately not so great for dicing tomatoes and fresh jalapeño, as quite a bit of the dices turn to mush and get stuck on the ledge around the blades making it impossible to get them out and use for the recipe. Onions slice well but dicing is inconsistent in size and shape. Overall a decent value for the price and a good time saver but disappointing results with some foods. It it difficult to control and fit the produce angle going into the blades to make uniform appearing cuts. While they do include a brush for cleaning, some areas are impossible to reach or effectively clean; but, it is very safe to use since there isn't really a way to come into contact with the sharp blades. The bin that collects the end product fills up quickly, and doesn't catch everything, sending some pieces of the food flying all over the counter. While not perfect by any means, it is helpful for saving a lot of time with the tougher veggies and eliminates the risk of cutting fingers off in the process.

If you're just cutting up a few things, you might as well just use a regular knife and save you lots of parts to wash up. However, if you're preparing root vegetables for a family, this is a great device, it produces even slices with little effort.
