It's a very sturdy and nice looking face tool however it's sharper than you'd think I've used other tools and I've never cut myself, with this one I cut myself so bad it looked like a cat scratched me however the instructions are very clear on how you should use it and I should've listened. Only shave downwards on a 45 degree softly don't try to work it in other angles or sides cause you'll get cut and you won't even notice I didn't realize I hurt myself until I saw a blood on my cheek. So Pros: this worked super easyly took all of my peach fuzz and I didn't have to try hard for it to work unlike with other tools I've tried this was effortless and it left my face so smooth Cons: my face got cuts and they hurt so bad for days and that was not fun everytime I washed my face was hell but I'll try it again more carefully hopefully won't cut myself this time. Also it comes with a 6 blades so it will last me forever cause I don't do this often. Overall I'm happy with my purchase it's exactly what I wanted I just need to learn how to use it Update: yep you can use this and not cut yourself just do it very lightly and carefully, don't apply too much pressure in fact barely any cause this is sharp but it's great seriously, great quality.

I've tried disposable dermaplaning tools in the past, and was about to replenish my supply when I saw the listing for these. It never occurred to me that these shaving items would also have a refillable option, but I am so glad I came across this! The handle immediately impressed me with how solid and heavy it was, not that it needs to be, but I find that it is helpful with balance whenever a hand position might feel awkward. Plus, I have neuropathy pretty severely in my hands, so extra weight is nice and reassuring for the days when it is particularly bad. The way the handle is shaped prevents the need for bending your wrist, or twisting the handle this way and that. It's a simple experience no matter where on your face you use this. As far as the blades themselves go, I'm thrilled that refill cost is less expensive going forward, even less so than some disposable brands. I haven't used my blade enough to decide how many uses you may safely/comfortably get out of it, perhaps I should have waited, but then again everyone tends to use these for different degrees of purpose so my number of uses will be different from other people anyway. I can say that the quality seems to be fine. It works, does the job well, etc. The real test would be how many uses I get with this one vs. my old one I think. That would be something tangible, and I'll update my review once I can answer this.

Great product, even and close shave for those fine hairs. The edge is very sharp so be careful and make sure your skin is clean and dry before use.

I decided to try dermaplaning once more time. I tried it once with cheaper blades and all I did was hack my skin to bits. While they were only scratches, it wasn't any fun! Someone recommended this one so I tried again. It works perfectly. No scratches and it's easy to use. One thing to note is not to get it too close to your hairline. It will snip off head hair with speed and ease!

These are really effective. I have bought more expensive ones but these are much more effective.

Super sharp but doesn't get all the hair. The razor pulls and tugs on areas. The wand feels high quality. It's heavy and the weight in the hand feels nice. I also like the cartridge system. I just wish the razor was better.

I was honestly kicking myself after I bought this because I have the Flawless Finish dermaplaning wand but I wanted to give this one a try as I still had to go over spots with their other hair removal things. I have nothing against flawless finish and still have lots of their products that I love but my personal opinion in comparison this one is by far better! This one I would say is best suited for people who have already dermaplaned so they know the angles, the amount of pressure, etc. It was a metal handle which I thought was very nice and the blade definitely leaves your skin feeling baby soft. The reason I say I think it would be better suited for someone who has tried it before is because it is sharp and I did nick myself in a few spots. It was my own fault because of the angle and the way I moved the blade because the flawless finish couldn't cut you at all. As long as you use small strokes like it says and don't press too hard you should be fine. This got WAY closer then the flawless brand one and I was honestly amazed at how smooth my skin was afterwards. This is definitely going to be my new dermaplaning wand because it honestly knocks it out of the park!

I absolutely love the results from this wand. It provides a great, smooth dermaplaning experience that’s much better than the cheap disposables. My only major complaint is the refill situation—it's so hard to find just the blades. I'm tired of having to buy a whole new set and getting a handle I don’t need just to get more refills.
