Fits my Lodge cast iron pan just right.

Made in China!!!Since this was Lodge and the cast iron pans are made in the USA, I expected the glass lids to be made in the USA too. I was wrong, the lids are made in China. I wish the lids were made in the USA too ...Other than that, I love the lid ... fits my 10 1/4" skillet perfectly and easy to clean. I love that I can see through the lids without having to take them off to check on the food. Nice to be able to see what I'm cooking without lifting the lid. Comfortable handle, but I wouldn't put it in the oven. No vent hole. I'm using it on a Scanpan skillet on which the lid has a good fit. Perfect for cooking fried eggs exactly the way I like them without needing to turn them!

It fits perfectly my lodge cast iron pans. But it arrived with a rubber cap instead of the metal I was hoping for.Although it’s probably safer.

This lid is great. Does exactly what it should do. It fits my lodge 10.25-inch cast iron skillet perfectly, and seems to be excellent quality.The big bonus is that it fits my De Buyer Mineral skillet perfectly as well DeBuyer Mineral B Element Iron Frypan, Round. If you have the De Buyer, you know that the handle comes up above the rim of the skillet, which means there's very little room for the rim of the lid.This lid fits exactly right.Big bonus, and I couldn't be happier.

I bought this lid along with a cast iron lid for my skillets. I use this lid when cooking something I need to keep a close eye on so I don't have to keep picking up the lid as I would with the cast iron lid. The lid is built with metal ring around the edge to prevent chipping and provide for a good fit. It fits the skillet perfectly. Nice and light which is a benefit over the cast iron lid. It is rated to use in the oven (to a certain temp), however when using the pan in the oven, I use the cast iron lid. The only downside I can note is that the glass lid is made in China vs the cast iron lid (and skillets) being made in the USA. This may or may not be an issue for you but other posters had mentioned it so I'm throwing it in.
