YARDLEY of LONDON, ENGLISH LAVENDER with essential oils
It's not as good a product as I thought. I used to buy it when the odor was milder, without the essential oil that is now added. I love the lavender scent. And I miss that Yardley brand. 1960ish! Maybe it would work if I ever get sprayed by a skunk if I don't have tomato juice handy. I also figured if I shaved or cut pieces from each soap bar, would make a great mouse deterent!

Smaller bars than the description says
I have loved using Yardley London English Lavender soap for many years. I have not used any soap from this order yet, but I hope they have not changed any of the ingredients. The problem with this order is that the description clearly states that the package contains 8 bars of soap that are 4.25 ounces each. The bars of soap that I received are 4 ounces each - almost 6% smaller than what I thought I was buying.

This bar of soap is awesome no more body wash for me!
I was reading some reviews about this soap and I was very intrigued to try it being a body wash customer I was curious. I haven’t used soap bars in over 30 years!! I thought body wash was the best to use on my body but now I have changed my mind immensely. This Yardley lavender soap has really changed my shower habits to the point where I’m gonna stock up on this when it’s on sale next week. I purchased four bars to try but now I’m going to load up on it. The body wash leaves my skin kind of slippery and not really clean and I spend more time in the shower trying to get my skin non slippery! Now that I have used this product not only does it cut my shower time down to 10 minutes instead of 20 and my body feels so clean and it actually squeaks which makes me feel wonderful knowing that I am really clean!!! I highly recommend this soap for anyone to try it and see for themselves!!! This is much cheaper than body wash and I feel squeaky clean like fresh sheets LOL. I hope you give it a try…it’s worth it especially buying it next week August 24 through the 27th it’s a good deal!!!!
