I like just your basic / run of the mill iron and this one fits the bill …my old one is about to bite the dust ( the rivets holding the guide are finally wearing out ) but is still working … so got this as my backup !

The photo is an example of what my curls end up looking like with this product. I have had this curling iron for almost three years now, and it works perfectly! Easily fits in my suitcase when I travel. I like how you can adjust what temperature you want. I like to keep it low to reduce damage to hair. Makes beautiful curls, the perfect size!

Nice wand that does the job. The only thing I don’t like is that the handle gets warmer than it should - feels kind of cheap in that way.

My hair never holds a curl/wave unless I haven’t washed it for at least a few days or put a bunch of product in it. This wand is amazing- I don’t know what it is about it but I can use it the morning after washing my hair and it stays wavy without any product. It creates a perfect beach wave. This is a steal.

This is junk. The worst curling iron. Doesn’t even have a plate to hold your hair while curling.

This is the very first wand I have ever used. A friend recommended me to get a wand because curls don’t stay in my hair and the curls stayed in for two days. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

What they don't show in the pictures or tell in the descriptions is... There is a little stand on the end! So you have the safety stand by the handle and another one down on the end. This makes it impossible to slide the curl off the wand!!! You have to unwind it off.Major no-go for me! Returned it.

This wand is ALMOST perfect. I was looking for a 1-inch ceramic wand that wasn’t tapered and wasn’t too expensive. I’ve had Conair heat tools before, so I was hoping this one would be just as good. It fit my criteria, but like other reviews have stated, it has a little resting foot at the top of the wand that makes curling your hair a little more difficult. This resting foot isn’t pictured in the product pictures, but it is definitely there (shown in my pics). I have straight hair, so it doesn’t usually give me problems, but every now and then my hair gets caught on it when I’m trying to slide it off the barrel. But other than that, I love the way that this curls my hair and how well my hair stays curled!
