Does the boost last all day? Couple hours? 30 mins?

I use this product as an alternative to caffeine or sugar to circumvent afternoon brain fog. I use coffee in the morning but alpha brain after lunchtime. It helps me find and maintain focus to get through a busy afternoon in meetings or lab work. But I only can tell if I’m taxing my mental faculties with work; it’s evident as I can concentrate for longer without confusing myself or thoughts meandering. I don’t feel like I’m amped up or boosted or otherwise having to burn off excess energy.

How long does this last once you take it? Is it something that lasts all day or only for a few hours?

The duration of the effects depends on the individual because of differing metabolism speeds, and other biological factors. We've seen customers feel the benefits for anywhere from 4 hours to a full day.
