For a protein powder it taste good doesn’t leave a bad after taste the cappuccino one is really good way better than my expectations amazing

So, I never consumed protein in my life and this is the first time I purchased protein after asking my Yoga Instructor, a trusted certified nutritionist also It's been a month I have started taking this protein, I can now give a better more thorough review. First of all, the taste is super duper amazing as if I am drinking chocolate Shake. I have never imagined that a protein can taste so good.They have nailed the flavor in terms of thickness sweetness and also mixability. It gets very easily diluted in water. It has improved my recovery time and I feel so light and fresh throughout the day and it gets digest well. No bloating. And yes the the packaging of the product is simple and attractive and the package was delivered to me the next day. I must say it's the best plant based protein and everyone should try it without being skeptical. Just go for it.

I will NOT RECOMMEND this product to anyone. Because, the taste is very bad. It's hard to drink because of the taste forget about the nutrition. And I doubt anyone who gives it a 5 star. Just because they are give cashback of Rs. 100, doesn't mean the product is of good quality. I also doubt the quality and nutritions of the product. Please make sure the product is eadible taste wise and good for health before delivering it to the people. Again, I'll not recommend it to anyone.

I have tried many plant-based proteins in the past, and in front of this, they all felt chemically powered or not so real. On my very first shake of this plant protein, I felt something real, organic, and unadulterated. I usually consume this plant protein like after 15-20 minutes after my workout, and it usually feels full. I sometimes tend to have it in the evening as well, and as it is plant sourced, I can have it without having to think about the side effects from. So I recently tried Plantigo plant protein powder in Cappuchino flavour. Though I did not face any issue with the digestibility, the taste has a very overpowering flax seed taste which did not agree with me. The coffee flavour tastes artificial and the sucralose level a bit too much. Thankfully I ordered the 500gm packing and will consume it since will not waste it.. but am not happy at all. Will go back to my previous protein brand.

So, I'm using this protein for more than 2 weeks now. The taste is awesome. I've purchased the cappuccino flavor and it is very good. The only complaint about the taste is after consuming it you can feel some powder particles on your tongue. I think all plant protein has this weakness. But overall the taste is great. Now, about the performance, I'm consuming this with proper diet and daily workout. So, I can see some improvements on my body. If you want good results then also take proper diet, don't just depend only on protein powder. Protein powder should help to complete your protein goal by small margin.
