this stuff works fast. been battling sinus congestion lately and this nasal spray clears you out within like 5 mins. the 12 hour claim is pretty accurate in my experiance -- i do mornings and nights and it keeps things under control. doesnt have that harsh chemical burn some sprays have. clear and cool formula is pretty mild. small bottle but it lasts a while cuz you only use a couple sprays per nostril. would stock up on these honestly, way better than some of the store brand alternatives ive tried

I dont know where to start and I am in disbelief. I had a MAJOR sinus infection and my nose was so congested where I thought I was going to die lol. I couldn't breathe FOR 3-4 DAYD and tried everything til I seen this. It worked IMMEDIATELY literally within 1-2mins I felt it. 3 sprays in each nostril and I was good and it lasted exactly 12-13hrs and my 2nd dose did the exact same. After 1.5 days I didn't need it anymore. I am SUPER SKEPTICAL about things especially when I feel my situation is severe and simple things like this are here. Im 100% a believer and trust me this ish WORKS. Mucus was coming out my nose and I started to cough it up as well. This product is a 10/10 hands down and I don't leave reviews unless its worth it but I had to share just in case someone else is having a major sinus congestion and cant breathe AT ALL. Terrible new product; cap is extremely defective and nearly unusable. I LITERALLY have had to pry the top off with scissors and pour the contents into a no-drip glass nasal spray refillable bottle that I had to purchase in order to keep using this stuff and not waste the money after the first new bottle actually BROKE before it would open normally. No one with any kind of hand mobility or strength issues will be able to open these bottles so just save your money unless you've got extremely strong hands. I was hoping they would fix the issue, but my newest shipment also came with the awful cap albeit just a tiny bit less hard to open. I was BARELY able to open this newest one only to discover that it sprays in a circular pattern and goes all around the upper SIDES of your nostril inside - where it does absolutely no good - instead of actually going straight up into the nasal cavity where it's actually required to be in order to work. I have also noticed that the liquid inside seems much weaker. It used to last a full 12 hours and now it's barely managing 6 hours. I found an old box in my cabinet from a couple years ago since I have this on subscribe & save, and the old product actually worked the full 12 hours! So, it can't be said that it's just me getting used to it either. So not only has the bottle changed, but the formula strength has too. The smell is milder too these days so they've definitely dumped the quality in every area. I'm really disappointed in this brand - it was a game changer for folks with really bad sinus issues such as myself when it was still a quality product, but that's been completely lost and I'm going to have to switch brands to something that is actually effective unfortunately. Someone needs to do some serious testing and quality control on this or this product is going to sink faster than a lead balloon. ABSOLUTELY ***NOT*** WORTH THE PREMIUM PRICE ANYMORE!!

Works good. Be sure to follow the instructions exactly. However, the instructions for opening the lid is wrong, I believe that is why so many people have issues opening it. Instead of squeezing the sides of the cap, you need to push down. Hold the white part with your thumb, then push down with a moderate amount of force and twist, it should come off pretty easily.

As there is no means to indicate a negative number, consider this a negative five rating. My wife suffering from ragweed allergy bought two of these and could not open them. Directed to squeeze the bottom part then squeeze and turn from the top. I'm a former football player, and my hands are very strong. For the life of me, I could not open this thing no matter how I attempted. I finally had to get a pair of pliers to pull of the top and the lid. I then had to use heavy duty nail clippers to snip all the outer plastic on the bottom part. Then I used a knife to cut this away. After practically destroying the thing, I finally put it back together and then the sprayer would not spray when pushed down. In all this process, it leaked all over the place. Bottom Line: It matters not how good this stuff may be, getting it open and then using it is impossible. I am so furious I want to use a litany of superlatives (curse words) to discribe this nightmare, but I will use a military term, this is a total Charlie Foxtrot. Be Warned: DO NOT BUY THIS!
