Been using this for 3 days after having sleepless nights from having a blocked nose however this cleared my nose enough to be able to sleep. Doesn’t hurt and I haven’t had any side effects. The taste is just minty and doesn’t last long. Good value for money and has helped me alot

Been using for years at night with no side effects. Do half shot each nostril as you go to bed. Don't overdose or use during day or you will get side effects. Also good for cold so you can breath at night. The aloe sooths and doesn't irritate

It's alright, but nothing on the very similar Vicks Sinex Micromist. This version is much milder/menthol-y, and feels much less effective. It's still good though.

I`ve always used Vicks products because they`re reliable when it comes to helping to ease the symptoms of a cold and a snuffy nose.This Vicks nose spray does not disappoiint.It`s value for money, helps when you need to sleep, and Ive personally never enountered any side effects.
