Solid phone system.

There is NO indication upfront about this being a used phone. The phone we received was already programed and locked with an admin password from the prior configuration.

Good business phone that works well with FreePBX. Setup was straightforward once I had all the needed components. Important note: power adapter isn't included as it's designed for Power over Ethernet (PoE). You'll need either a PoE switch/injector or purchase a power adapter separately. Also needs a USB WiFi adapter for wireless connectivity - not included in the box. Once these requirements are sorted out, it works reliably. Pros: Easyto setup with FreePBX Clear audio quality Good display Stable connection with the wifi dongle , not included. Cons: No power adapter included Needs separate WiFi adapter Documentation could be clearer about requirements and use Make sure you factor in the cost of power adapter/PoE and WiFi adapter if needed. Otherwise, solid business phone that does its job well.

I wish I would've known before I ordered these that they do NOT come with the power adapter or the Wi-fi dongle. I had to order all of those separately which defeated the purpose of buying them "cheaper" here. The instructions came in Chinese (or something similar) so I had zero idea how to do anything with them. The phones themselves are nice, but the entire experience was such a hassle

These phones work as good as they look. Comparable to models costing much more. Function, features and quality are all top notch.

Software issues would not allow us to connect and therefore returned for credit.

Purchased phone for over $200. Within 6 months the phone was broken. Yealink requires warranty claims to go through the seller of the phone. The company hasn't responded to numerous messages.
