Tower Fan for Bedroom, 28ft/s Velocity, Ultra Quiet Fan, 8 Speeds

I was very happy with this fan when I first received it. It was quiet, moved plenty of air, and looked great. However, after only one week of normal use, it started making an annoying noise whenever the oscillation function was turned on. The noise is clearly coming from the oscillating mechanism. It becomes noticeable every time the fan rotates left and right, making it difficult to use in a bedroom, especially at night. When oscillation is turned off, the fan is much quieter, so the issue appears to be related to the oscillation feature rather than the fan motor itself. Considering the price and the positive reputation of this brand, I expected much better durability. A fan should not develop mechanical noise after only one week of normal indoor use. Unfortunately, this has been disappointing, and I cannot recommend it based on my experience.

While the fan is great, im not very happy that it is downright deceptive. in the images attached to the post, it claims "easy cleaning" as if the roller is removable, it is NOT and after looking at it, you could actually mess a lot up if you try to remove it. i glad i consulted a friend about this before trying, you are led to believe you can remove the rear grille, pop out the roller, clean it, and pop it back in, but doing this will more than likely ruin the product, because there are special pieces of plastic bound to it for balance. the airflow is nice, but being misled is really scummy, i dont know if its dreo's fault or amazon's but it's terrible, and people need to know about this immediately.

Bought this spring 2025 for a quiet night time fan. Only use it in spring and summer. Worked great last summer. This summer its halfway through and has this squeak that wakes me up in the middle of the night. I have cleaned and lubricated with what the manual reccomends and the squeak is still there. The sound is coming from the motor which I am not about to try and take apart in pieces and fix. There is only about 9 months of total use on the fan but I've owned it for over a year so probably outside of any warranty window. It should not have had any issues this early on in owning it with so little use. I totally regret buying this now and will never buy a Dreo again. Waste of money!

Meh - This is not a 9 speed fan. It's a 6 speed. This appears to be the older model. Not as attractive as the new model that is 9 speed with the upgraded DC motor. Exchanged for correct one. Had already bought the newer model with the upgraded DC motor in Black before all this for myself - love it. . Sucks that I missed the White upgraded model on the first go-around and had to exchange. They did have the description of the newer White model incorrectly spelled with "Upgrated" and also posted in separate from the newer Black one making it harder to find. BTW, they were the same price (phew) I don't have all day to hunt stuff down to make the most educated purchases for the best prices, yada yada. This one just fell through the cracks and added some excitement and took up a lot of my time - this forewarning review for others included. Luckily the exchange process with Amazon was pretty easy and UPS just picked up this one today for return. Oh, and this unit probably works just fine, just putting one star to get some attention here so maybe something can be corrected here. And I was irritated not getting what I expected. Page end.

Worked fine for exactly two weeks before the motor couldn’t keep up. You could argue that maybe it shouldn’t be on full power for long periods of time, but let’s be honest, who the hell is turning their fan off regularly? I needed a reliable fan that I could keep on at all hours. I live in Florida. It is currently 104°F outside. I’m melting, and this fan couldn’t handle itself for more than two weeks. I’m not sure it’s even worth a refund or a replacement. The fan is tall, pretty large. I’m not a huge fan of having huge packages be delivered to my house unless necessary, so I’ll probably just trash it. The fan oscillated fine and was an easy setup, worked great for exactly two weeks as I’ve stated. It was stable up until recently where the fan just seems to go in and out of strength. I’ve attached a video. Save your money. Buy something else.

Wow. Love the Cancer warning on the side, which AI reassures me is “only a trace amount of the chemicals.” Guess what people, we have a billion gadgets in this house and that 🧪 adds up. Also: the snap in base DOES NOT unsnap when you need to send it back. It doesn’t fit in The packaging without unsnapping. So I had to put in a separate envelope and that’s gonna be a hassle to return and get a proper label. Also: it automatically goes on “Breeze mode,” which is high-pitched whining and low fan, alternating with higher fan and no whining. I got no sleep after two weeks. Why? Why would you market and develop something to be so phenomenally low-quality?

I assumed because this was so highly rated by so many people this would be a fit for my need but I wanted this fan to pull AC cooled air from my cracked bedroom door.. out my doorway and in to my living room… to me putting it in a door gap seemed like a good idea. But honestly the top power setting from this fan was disappointing to say the least. You are better off getting a standing fan, atleast for a reasonable price they move a lot of air. Strongly would recommend to not buy this fan for this price. Will be returning.

I purchase this fan it’s suppose to have 8 speeds it only has 4. I contacted support services. They said they would send me a replacement fan. But I would have to send the no good fan back. I’m a senior citizen that don’t drive.why do I have to drag the old fan to an ups store for return. They will pick it up at my house at my expense. {THATS NOT FAIR}: I purchase two of the same kinda of fans 1 works fine the other defective!!!!!!! Its too hot too be playing games a big company like this.!!!!!!!! And the defective fan cause $16.00 dollars more. They were brought at separate times.

Great fan for blowing are around but doesn’t cool. Love that you can control it from the app! Disappointing due to the price

This unit has been the best fan that I have picked up in many years. The main thing I wanted to buy this is for being quiet. And yes its true to its ratings of low Db. At the lowest setting I can barely hear it, set to highest 9 and its still quiet that regular turbine fans. I have this in my living room with it on 4-5 and feeling the breeze from it over 10 feet away is still refreshing. The looks its slick and does its features right. Easy to setup and use. In the end I highly recommend Dreo company. I even have a heater from this company and I have saved 250 dollars per month in heating bill in my living room in winter time.

Le design est moderne, discret et s'intègre parfaitement dans un salon, une chambre ou un bureau. Malgré sa puissance, le ventilateur reste stable et ne génère aucune vibration. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. Pour ceux qui recherchent une alternative performante à la climatisation, ce ventilateur offre un excellent compromis entre puissance, silence, faible consommation électrique et confort d'utilisation. Après plusieurs semaines d'utilisation, il fonctionne toujours parfaitement et dépasse même mes attentes. Je recommande ce ventilateur DREO sans la moindre hésitation. C'est un produit haut de gamme, fiable, très agréable à utiliser et qui mérite largement ses 5 étoiles.

Je viens de recevoir le produit mais je ne peux pas l'utiliser!! C'est une prise US ! J'avais posé la question du type de prise et la réponse était que c'était une prise européenne standard!
