KMINA Raised Toilet Seat Riser 4 Inch with Lid, No Handles, 300 lb, Black

This is the best toilet riser I have bought and I have purchased 6 different ones. What I like most is the ease of installation, and the seat stays pit in place. All others I purchased slip around. I like that it’s so easy to take on and off so I can clean the underside as needed. The only thing I dont like is the color black. For sanitary reasons it should be white so you can see when it needs cleaning.I highly recommend it.

This seat does a nice job of assuring that I am not causing a less than 90-degree angle to occur between my leg and pelvis after hip replacement surgery. The only drawbacks are the color (why could they not have made in white?) and it is not at all padded. Perhaps there is a medically-backed reason for that. I am dealing with it just fine. Easy to put on and take off the toilet. No issues with the attachments as I think others have complained about.

Because I have tried so many risers I hated, over the years, THIS time I hit the JACKPOT, finally. You can be sure this one fits on a round or extended toilet, is ultra comfortable, and ultra easy to install, no tools required. Best of all this one made room for both women and men to wipe, a feature other risers neglected. You'll need Safety Rails to help you stand up. I chose free-standing ones, made by Kmina, because their safety rails cling to the toilet by suction cups and need no special tools or hardware. Less expensive rails needed 2 holes in the toilet itself where there were none. Safety Rails on any toilet with a Riser are a must!

Lasted 9 months. Very unsatisfied with product. Says for up to 300 lbs and I’m around 180 … seat cracked in 4 months & lid snapped off shortly after. Unfortunately, it’s the best looking seat with a lid. Hopefully, one day they will better their product.

This riser is higher than most, making it easier to rise. It clamps solidly. The surface is somewhat hard so it won't compress down, but with just enough give to be comfortable.

The seat I got says both standard toilet and elongated toilet on the label. This NOT for an elongated toilet. While I can make this fit my toilet, there is a 2"gap from the back OUTSIDE of this seat to the back inner rim of my toilet. In short, it's too short front back. This leaves a space for toothpaste caps and other small things to fall into the toilet. In addition, while it's nice to have the large opening, the rim is narrow, not stable for people with balance issues. It seemed like a good idea, but does not suit my needs at all.

This toilet seat is the Cadillac of toilet seats. It is so comfortable and is the perfect height however it has a small defect in the manufacturing. The plastic bracket that is used to fasten it to your toilet is to flimsy and breaks easily. So if stability is important for the person using it just make sure they are careful getting up. I bought it for my 84 yr old mother and my sister. They love it

I purchased this for my elderly father. He had a difficult time sitting and standing from the toilet. This lift helped him so much. The seat is not a cushion but is not hard. It is made of a firm foam that does not sink when sitting upon it, but it is soft and has a very slight cushion feel when sitting on it. Just for reference, my father was 5'10" when I purchased this for him. He did not have problems sitting or standing. The cushion is raised about 4-5 inches. I also recommend purchasing a toilet wand for cleaning.

Belle qualité, mais le système de fixation n'est pas bon, comme pour tout les autres modèles. Le choix a été fait par rapport à la couleur noir.

I originally gave this 5 stars when I bought it..llbut now after year, the seat is cracking, the paper thin plastic lid has broken off…so I am disappointed, highly recommend the company add a thicker plastic seat cover …the one it comes with presently is paper thin, and will not last….terrible! So I now am saying buy knowing what u get at this price it should be indestructible, but it’s NOT….too expensive to replace now,

Diese Toilettensitzerhöhung ist prinzipiell und auch von dem gewählten Material des haut-kontaktierenden Sitzes gut (es fühlt sich nicht so kalt an!!). Was verbessert werden müßte, ist die Befestigung mit den weißen Kunststoffschrauben und Kunststoffbauteilen. Man traut sich nicht so recht, sie fester anzuziehen weil sie garantiert brechen. Dann steht man ohne Ersatzteil-Möglichkeiten sehr dumm da und als alter Mensch sowieso!!! Alu-Spritzguß wäre sicher besser, baut kleiner und vielleicht deshalb auch noch preiswerter. Nachtrag vom 30.11.2022: Nach schriftlicher Zusage einer Ersatzteil-Lieferung im Bruchfalle kann ich beruhigt und mit gutem Gewissen von 3 auf 5 Sterne erhöhen. Nachtrag vom 04.06.2024 zur Info: Die Auflagefläche unten ist natürlich auch weich aber nicht verschlossen sondern wirkt wie ein Schwamm und saugt Flüssigkeit aus dem Auflageflächenspalt ein. Diese sammelt sich und beginnt dauerhaft zu "DUFTEN". Das ist ein unangenehmer Nachteil!! Deshalb muß ich jetzt eine neue Sitzerhöhung beschaffen, die ich dann vorher an der Auflagefläche mit Silikon-Montagekleber versiegeln werde. Dadurch ist die Hygiene dauerhaft gewährleistet.
