Good product and customer service
Using since a week. Quite satisfied. Exactly as advertised. Assembly was easy but a little difficult to figure out with the manual provided as the pictures are blur. Eventually had trouble folding and unfolding, but it was quickly resolved by customer support. Reaching the customer support is very easy through a quick phone call and a return WhatsApp video call, so I will suggest instead of struggling yourself. Reach out to customer support easily.

Good
The product is excellent. However, my initial experience was disappointing as I received a damaged and dirty old item. The seller clearly sent me a cheaper product, which was unacceptable. Thankfully, I did get a replacement, but the initial issue needs to be addressed.
