EVERY aspect of this was non-functional
AVOID at all costs! This POS is very literally the worst product I have ever bought off of Amazon. Literally every aspect of it is non-working. The manufacturers must have literally no controls in place for quality. Strike that, I'm thinking they know they are selling crap. I bought this to cleam my VCR heads, and chose it because it was a liquid solution cleaner. Well, don't worry about that because the bottle of liquid they send doesn't even work. The bottle's opening spout is made so badly that it doesn't let the liquid out. I squoze so hare that the bottle bust open and the liquid went everywhere. Next, I dried everything off (the little "door" to the bottle holder doesn't stay in place either, so be careful of that before putting the cassette into your VCR), and put the cassette into my VCR and hit play. They don't even have it rewound for the first cleaning (that's how little effort they put into it). Ok, no problem, I rewind it and then hit "play" again. It goes for about 1-2 seconds and then stops. I wonder if it's done and hit "eject". The VCR had eaten the cleaning tape because the tape/ribbon was so narrow. (NOTE: My VCR has literally NEVER eaten a tape. Not even once. Not ever, until this POS product comes along). In short, the product has one job, and it doesn't even come close to doing it. Literally every aspect that could be bad with this cleaner is terrible and doesn't work as it should. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Spend the extra $1 or two and get something that actually works, from a reputable brand.

I know I know
It is a weird time to buy a VCR head cleaner. But we are getting back into VHS tapes. And it worked great.

VCR head cleaner
I used this liquid VCR head cleaner 2 times wet & each time the machine ate the tape. The 3rd time I ran it dry & all went well. The VCR heads were quite dirty but after using this, the VCR tapes played very clean!! Instructions said to run tape for 1 minute but it quit after only 30 seconds or so each time. It did work! I will continue to use as needed. It's easy to use although getting the plastic cover back on over liquid solution can be challenging. For the picture & sound quality it restored, I recommend this item

Does not work as advertised.
The instructions say to run tape for 30-60 seconds. The cleaning tape was fully rewound and is too short. It only runs for 10 seconds before reaching end of tape. Cleaning fluid remained visible in the well and tape was never wet. Rewound tape 4 times, running it each time in VHS player. Cleaning fluid still in well and tape not even moist. There was no visible difference in quality of video when recorded tape was played. Don’t buy it! It is a waste of money.
