Correct pour le prix
Couteau efficace et tranchant pour désosser et découper, mais attention: le dos de la lame n'est pas assez poli et peu entamer la peau des doigts si ils s'y frottent!

Slippery handle
It is sharp, no question. But I find the handle a little slippery, it is textured but still hard plastic. It makes me feel a little uneasy using it. Perhaps the grip is better if you wear cut resistant gloves? I use it in my home kitchen. Still a good, low cost well made knife.

Comes sharp. Cheap and well made.
Ergonomic handle, a nice size and the blade is well made.It doesn't sharpen to the same edge as my more expensive stainless and carbon steel knives (using the same method), but for the price you don't have to worry about damaging it. If you need a boning knife, this isn't a purchase you'll regret.
