I have used this tea for some years now ordering here and from Rachel’s Tea. Easy to make , priced pretty good. Taste is something I got use to and came to enjoy. It’s good hot or cold. But the best thing about this tea is that it has helped my stomach issues every single time. I always have some on hand. Try it!

I love the product It works wonders for my very irritated GI system. I just wish the actual bag was made stronger I've had them break a few times as I was sleeping my tea.That's the only negative I have with the product.

Its VERY costly for what you get. Paying over a dollar a bag for this is pretty crazy, IMO. When volume is considered the cost ratio is huge.I will be making my own blend rather than pay over a dollar a bag for this.

This tea tastes good and it has great powerful herbs, however it is marked as a tea that helps either acid reflux or GERD. This blend has peppermint leaves and oil and both of these are good for digestion in people with healthy gut but not for people with acid reflux/ GERD or gastritis. This tea made my Symptoms worse because of the peppermint. There is a ton of information online that explains that peppermint relaxes the lower esophageal sphincter which leads to stomach acid refluxing back into the esophagus worsening symptoms like heartburn and gastritis. Herbalists , functional doctors and even western medicine doctors know this, so I am not sure how this company thinks it’s a good idea to put this on their blend and market it for help with those issues . I write to them and someone was going to call me back but they never did. They could just make a blend without the peppermint for people with GI issues but they aren’t listening. Please do your research and maybe go ahead and drink a cheaper tea with peppermint so you know if it will hurt you more .

I'll start by saying I rarely leave reviews, I just don't have the time. I bought this tea in 2023, and forgot I had it as someone in my family stuffed it in the back of my cabinet behind other stuff. I had my first cup yesterday, and it is delicious! I am very picky about tea, a lot of the natural herb teas just don't taste good to me, especially the ones for specific ailments such as this one. But this tea is complete with natural ingredients and tastes amazing, no harsh tastes, just natural goodness. If it helps with my stomach ailments it will be even better. It's a bit expensive, but worth it for taste alone. Will definitely purchase again.

Unfortunately I have severe acid reflux and I did not read the ingredients thoroughly nor read the reviews well. Both the reviews and the list of ingredients should have told me I cannot use this product and it cannot be returned. Seller should remove any hint that this product would be ok for acid reflux ... misleading.
