When I first received the Microscope I wanted to use it with my Android device. The OTG cable was not working.I reached out to the seller and was sent two new OTG cables at no charge.It is now working perfectly! I am very happy with the microscope.

Does not work. Magnification feature just shows shadows. My 12 yr old was TOTALLY disappointed in thisproduct sent back next day.
