I bet your skeptical and doubt the usefulness of KT Tape. I was a doubter too. But after I tried KT tape for a week I noticed massive improvements in my back and shoulder. I don't know the science behind it or if it's 'mind over matter' making me think I'm feeling better but it works either way. Easy to apply, may need help doing your back and neck. But these stick very well and come off without taking your skin with it. Good brand of KT tape which I've bought more of since it's cheaper than the brandname KT Tape.

This foot tape is very durable. I have some feet issues due to several years of being a dancer and I work 2 jobs where I stand on cement floors for 10-12 hours per shift. They are both physically demanding and if I don’t tape my feet, I can barely walk by the time my shift ends. This tape stays on very well and doesn’t slip around. It will sometimes peel off at the edges but it’s extremely minimal. I’ve tried many sports tapes and this is by far the best. I know many dancers (ballet, modern, etc) who use and love this tape. To remove the tape, I let my feet soak in the bath for 5 minutes and it will peel off easily. I use a foot pumice stone to remove the sticky residue. I absolutely recommend this tape. By far the best I’ve tried and I will continue to purchase this brand.

Just as great as the KT branded tape. Honestly might be better, I applied this tape in less than under an hour before I went out for a 5k jog — not a single part of it had peeled off. Lasted through 2 days of work outs and 2 showers, even when i peeled it, i feel like it could’ve lasted another 2 days. Picture is after two days of wear. Half the price, too. Don’t overthink it, buy it and get to exercising!

I love K tape way better than a brace it's been so helpful for me to avoid surgery for my knee and I use skin prep patches I bought separately so it doesn't bother my skin that was my only complaint you could Google how to use it right so you have less problems with rashes etc. I'm so happy the skin prep was best answer for me

Better, cheaper, more tape, and much longer lasting than KT tape. Stays on for days, even after showers. KT tape lasted maybe a day and a half. This tape, for me, was still going strong days later.

This kinetic tape did not meet my expectations. I was hoping it would significantly reduce or eliminate the pain in my left leg within a few days, but unfortunately, the pain is still there. While there has been a slight improvement, it’s far from the results I was expecting. So, I’m not sure if I will buy it again.

I was skeptical about this product if this was going to work but to my surprise it works great! It sticks on the skin excellent, I’ve slept with it on and took a shower and left it on for three days as per direction and felt much better with no pain on my back and shoulder.

Very pleased with this tape. I used in an "X" pattern on my inner knee. I had previously used KT tape which is twice as expensive and this works better! It stays on better with less irritation. I was able to shower and keep it on through three days of workouts.
