It sucks. Seriously, great suction. My wife molts terribly and it cleared the front room of her hairs that were overlooked by the old one (vacuum cleaner, not wife). What more can I say? Oh, it's quiet. Erm... nice wheels? Seems well built and good value for money and if you have cat's or dogs I'm sure the supplied attachment will work fantastic (as established, default works perfect for humans). As for durability, only time will tell but it seems well built, will try on the lawn and driveway next and let you know how I get on. Only joking, we haven't got a lawn. Would I recommend it? Abso-bloody-lutely! I mean come on, who doesn't need a 2in1 German Wessel Werk Nozzle Head in their life? No-one..

BRILLIANT LITTLE CLEANER
I already own an Akitas rechargeable stick vacuum which I use for my bedrooms and stairs, My Shark cleaner (which was 4 times the price of this one) so I deceived to try this cleaner. I thoroughly recommended this cleaner. Very reasonably priced. Compact and powerful with a decent selection of tools

Doesn't work as good as it should
Absolutely useless item. It was advertised as pet friendly, but will not pick up our border collies hairs. The smaller head that was supplied was excellent until it no longer turned, which was about a month after purchase, and just outside of return date. The large head just collect hairs and moves them around. In this heat, my dog moults badly and a good hoover is needed. Would strongly advise not purchasing this product. Very dissappointed

I am disabled and found it easy to use. Great lightweight vacuum cleaner. I have two German Shepard dogs and it picked up the hair effortlessly. Great value for money

Like all other vacuum cleaners you have to take care of it.
Good level of vacuum. Not as easy to handle as the cordless ones but it does a good job. I have old carpets and the lack of brush is good because it does not peel it and only picks dust and loose things.Every time I use it I have to clean it because it is so good at picking dust that the cyclone needs to be cleaned and washed.I can get the HEPA filters with no problem.
