Final update: I received a newer/different version of their wax beads. I originally bought the purple ones. The replacement I was sent after my original review was their green beads. I am so happy to say this version of their product was wonderful! Removed all of the hair with only a few strays left to pluck out, which is common even in professional waxing. I left my original review in tact below so you can see how well this company handled my original issue. I would certainly purchase from them again. Good customer service is so hard to find but they did it and like I said the product worked great. 5 stars! Update: I wanted to come back and update my review. The company reached out and offered a refund and also to send me a different style of their wax beads. They informed me their formulation has changed recently and I may have received the old one. I appreciate the customer service and am looking forward to trying the new wax beads. Original review: I bought this wax because it had decent reviews. Previously I had only used Gigi brand wax. I thought I was losing my mind. It left so much hair behind and I kept thinking I was doing something wrong. It has been ages since I waxed so maybe my technique was off. After using probably 3/4 of the bag (not all at once) I came to the conclusion that it wasn’t me. I ordered my usual Gigi wax and had not one single issue. Legs smooth as silk and my skin isn’t irritated. I really am not sure what is wrong with this wax, maybe it was just a bad batch. But after using so much and still having very hairy legs, I have to recommend against it. Go with the brands you trust, this isn’t it.

Loved this item!! I’ve been waxing for almost 2 years now (armpits, arms, legs, facial hair) and this product is the 3rd one I’ve tried and I’m in love sticks to your hair nice and gets it all.. I’ll show pictures below so you can see(ñ (I let the hair grow for 4-5weeks on the legs) I love it is 10/10 recommend this product and it brings its own reusable sticks which feels so soft and smooth and has the before and after wax sprays which I’d definitely recommend using when your waxing pretax spray a good amount and rub it in to the way ur hair goes up down side ways and let it dry for a couple seconds than start applying the wax and let it rip. Don’t mind the bruising that’s from my job 💀👎🏼

This is my favorite wax to use at home. It's gentle on my skin (I am pretty sensitive) and easy to use. It hardens just enough to pull off, but doesn't get so hard it gets stuck to my skin. I've used this many times over multiple years and haven't had any complaints yet, other than I wish I could find a bigger bag of it. Melts quickly, doesn't smell bad, and pulls off all the hair each time. It's for waxing, which is never comfortable, but this wax doesn't add any pain to the process. I'm also a fan of the color, sometimes lighter color waxes look kind of gross IMO, but this is a nice deep purple. Just make sure to make it too hot, as it will be too thin to use and you might burn yourself.

This is a good wax when it wants to be lol. Some wax days I am able to get every thing in a short amount of time. And some wax days I am struggling to get everything until I finally give up and try again later in week. But I’ve have more good days then bad!

This is my favorite hard wax that I’ve tried so far. The texture is easy to work with, it melts quickly, and I love how well it grips to hair. It has an elastic-like texture that makes it so easy to remove in large strips. I appreciate that it doesn’t shatter like other hard waxes I’ve tried, even if I accidentally leave a strip cool for longer than I should. It holds onto temperature well, which makes waxing a breeze. I’m very much a beginner to waxing, but this wax is easy enough to use and it’s helped me improve my technique. I’ve only used it for bikini and underarm waxing, so I can’t speak to how it performs in other areas. It does grab coarse hair well. I’ve noticed it hardly leaves residue and the strips come off super clean usually. The wax is gentle on my skin and even removes shorter hair effectively. Definitely would repurchase!
