Use this to teach my son how to swim and it’s great

Great kick board, was the perfect size for a 10 year old. I like that it has handle cut outs to hold onto vs just the exterior ledge. I think this helps work and train different muscles. I love the color, and it helps my daughter collect her equipment faster when she doesn’t have the same color as everyone else! Very nice kick board. Floats great, makes swimming fun. Board is a great value for the money and is durable! Highly recommend for all swimmers!

Once you understand the design of this kickboard it is outstanding. This is not just a kids or small adult kickboard. This kickboard has been designed to hold your hands out front in a swimming position while working out our core and legs. I swim 3+ times a week in Master Swimming, I'm 5'10" and I am over 230 lbs, and have fallen in love with this kickboard. The hand holds make it easy to do flip turns. The size gives a great workout to my core and legs. It fits in my 30L gear bag easily. Well done Arena. I would highly recommend to anyone that is competitively swimming or wants a better kicking experience than the traditional kickboards that let you lounge on them.

this is a fairly small kick board and probably would be best for smaller people, say below 170#. but it's high quality.

Good product

I bought both the Arena kickboard and Speedo kickboard for my 3 year-old child so I could compare. I liked the Arena one better for her because: 1. It floats just slightly better than the Speedo one 2. My child felt more secure with the grip holes 3. The surface area is bigger than the Speedo kickboard, so adults can use this too. (I used it and it worked just like the kickboards I used in my high school swim team) Speedo kickboard did excel at the ergonomic grips all around the board, and it's made with better/more durable material. They are both very well made, and either one would serve you well (Speedo kid size specifically is definitely too small for adults, so you'd want to get their adult size kickboard) If I were to get one for myself, I'd get Speedo, but my priority was for my 3 year old to feel confident as she learned to use the kickboard, so I went with Arena.
