I had the Rexxing M1 dashcam before getting this one. It's a nice upgrade and it compatible with the old hardware so no new installations were needed other than to mount it to my mirror. They added a dimmer mirror to the device so at night, the cars behind you don't blind you while driving. Another nice addition is that you can adjust where the back up lines are while in reverse. Since my back up camera is offset to the left, it's nice to have the device correctly show where the edge of my car is. The 3rd camera is cool if your an uber driver, but I just point it at my blind spot if I do have the camera on. recommend if looking for a decent dashcam

Been using Rexing for serval years. So far the best for the money. Also, if you have any problems the customer service is great. One of my old dash cam had some issues, they checked my order and immediately sent me a new one. And this M3 is my first three-channel dash cam. I think it is great to monitor the front, back, and interior. Other two-channel dash cams usually are not able to capture everything. But this three-channel definitely does. This is one great dash cam, and I will invest more in the future when Rexing release new products.

Been a Rexing User since the V1P3 and V1P Pro days. They have always had good customer service. This unit intrigued me for my SUV, since my rear window is often full of items and now has a 5% tint, and it is hard to see through the back window, especially at night. So I wanted to try something that would allow me to have a live video feed of the rear view of the car as a "video rear mirror" so to speak. For that purpose, so far, tested in the day time and it works well, I have a better view of the rear than if I just had a normal video. Currently the camera is mounted inside the car, going through 5% window tint, and the exposure is still good. I think this will work, better than the actual rear mirror. On top of that, it replaces my V1P Pro, and clears some window space for a dash cam. My only points of feedback and wish list so far: 1) I wish the unit could go even brighter, my picture does not really do it justice - it is darker in the picture than in real life, but it is still not as bright as I would want it to be. 2) I have not been able to get the exposure adjustment functionality to work - all the cameras seem to still expose the same amount. In comparison to an AKASO unit that was much cheaper that I tried years ago, the build quality on this feels better.

*** Update**** WARNING*** I contacted the company and gave the opportunity to rectify the situation and they are unwilling to replace the camera even though I showed them proof of the defect. They offered store credit which is completely useless since I will not be purchasing products from a company that sells defective products and charges a premium price. This DEFECTIVE CAMERA can cause an accident and Rexing has made it very clear that they are unwilling to correct issue. If this company was ethical they would have asked me to send back the defective camera so they could correct the problem and not endanger their customer’s safety. There is a light that shows on the right side of the camera making it seem like this light is coming from another car. This defect makes using this camera unsafe and also the power button is stuck.

I purchased this for my 2017 Honda Accord and 2016 Honda Odyssey. Unfortunately, the OEM mirror is too big and the Rexing camera mirror does not fit, The Honda mirror is about an 1" longer. Also, the rubber straps that are used to secure the Rexing camera to the mirror are not long enough and have to be stretched to almost breaking to get them connected. Additionally, the Honda mirrors have the auto dim sensors in the front. When the Rexing mirror is added, it covers those sensors. Out of the box, it would not work with a 32GB SD card. I had to use a more expensive one. Additionally, they changed the size of the rear camera jack so you cannot use any previous Rexing models! This was a HUGE disappointment as I did not want to have to fish another wire from the front to the back of my car again. Why??? I have owned about a half dozen Rexing cameras and was waiting to get the M3. I bought it because there was a rebate offer to get the camera for free, however, even with that offer, I am going to return the camera. It just won't work. Sorry Rexing, you almost got it right.

Installation is so simple that no tools or instructions are needed. Very intuitive screen. Extremely clear pictures and images in rear view mirror. Only drawback on the installation is the power cord needing to go into a cigarette lighter plug. This causes a dangling wire and close proximity to a plug. My suggestion would to include the hardwire and make the lighter plug an option. Check to make sure you are not covering any sensors that may be in your current mirror.

Read the reviews and thought this would be a good upgrade from my previous dash cam. Got it delivered on Thursday, Jan 5th, and dad it up and running that night. Cameras worked great for 3 1/2 days. While running errand yesterday, Jan 8th, 2 of the 3 cameras went black and had no video. Cabin camera and rear camera only show black screen, and video recordings only show black. Only the front camera works. Checked all the cables, and nothing is pinched or cut, so I know its an internal fault. Contacted Rexing to see what they could do. Bad start for you Rexing.

I was amazed to see this product as I already have the M2 version earlier and M3 has lots of improvements and updates all are great and very easy and convenient to use.REXING is rocking in making this unit. The only thing is if they can make it replaceable without removing existing cables this will be a rocking product and create wonders in the future. overall 5-star product and a must-have product for non-camera cars.
