I bought this for an Acer Nitro Laptop with a Ryzen 7 7735HS and a RTX 4070 (resizable bar), while there is faster memory I don't believe that the slight performance increase is worth the extra cost. This is plenty fast enough as was faster than the memory which came pre-installed. This memory allows me to perform any task I throw at it without issue and as yet have not seen any thermal throttling. It should be noted that this is a kit of 2 sticks so will replace any memory you already have.

Purchased this memory to upgrade my 2023 Dell XPS15 from 16GB to 64GB of memory. The back of the laptop came apart easily and installation was a breeze. The laptop does take a while to boot 1st time and does throw up a screen that indicated memory size has changed, but it's simply "OK" and it boots up. Since first boot in now boots normally and works flawlessly. If you're after a memory upgrade for your XPS 15 I'd recommend these Crucial DDR5 modules.
