I don’t test my glucose levels so I have no idea if this is working I’m just crossing my fingers basically! I’ve been taking these before I eat my OMAD and I’m going to continue to take these because of the good reviews. Hopefully soon I can start testing my blood glucose to see if they’re actually working but so far I have gone to the bathroom (#2) everyday since I started! I read online that it is sort of like a colon cleanse. It gets rid of all your bad bacteria in your gut micro biome so I’m happy about that but it will definitely make you gassy and have some diarrhea issues. Is it worth it?! Probably! lol! If I can help keep my blood glucose down I’m happy with any side effects as long as they’re not too bad. UPDATE! I’ve been taking this for a couple of months now and no more pooping issues at all! I have been able to keep the weight off and still eat my favorite desserts everyday! I will definitely continue on this track with berberine. Although I also take chromium supplements so that could also be helping with weight control. Just my two cents. I hope that helps someone!
