Excellent little box
Solid construction, ran 6Ga no problem, wired my EV after a year... previous used for charging a few electric unicycles (each can pull 2.4Kw), non-issue running 9.6Kw EV Charger.

Nice enclosure
I like the individual plates with knock outs already punched but they aren't interchangeable with the one on the top. I used the one on the top with a Meyers Hub for a clean installation with the raceway coming down from above. The box is very sturdy and has a ball and detent that hold the cover closed. Bubbled cover is nice too so that a plug with a handle will fit into it. Also, if you're not aware, a 6-50R is only 250vac, so no neutral meaning this isn't any good for a 50Amp RV plug. I didn't care beacause I was going to change it out with something better anyway. I purchased a Leviton 125/250vac receptacle which is a 14-50R and used that because I know and trust the Leviton brand products.

Good welder outlet box, sturdy, plenty of room for wiring and for chunky welder cable ends. Lots of places to run in wires and all of them are sealed with little metal plates and rubber gaskets. No complaints at all, recommended.

Solid and Lockable.
I needed an outdoor 6-50 plug for an EV installation and this product delivered. It is VERY sturdy and solid. It has a hefty weight to it, so its build quality is top notch. This 6-50 outlet box can be locked, which is a great addition. (Lock sold separately.) This outlet is rated for outdoor use and is weather-resistant. It's on the side of our home, shielded from most elements. I highly recommend this item.

Well built. Using this for a welder plug for outdoors. Wow this thing is awesome built. Comes with 3 plates for different conduit sizes as well.

Somewhat cumbersome to fit the wiring in the box and fit the tiny screws, but we're satisfied with the result.
