Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max, 512GB, Alpine Green - (Renewed)

Phone arrived next day to NI, 1 very small mark on one of the lens ridges, no other marks visible. Battery is at 100% unlike the phone I was renting of Raylo which arrived at 80% and is now down to 72%. Arrived with charging cable, but no protector for screen, bought separately as I was want to keep the phone as safe from damage as possible. Condition was said to be good, I would suggest it’s nearly excellent

Received phone the next day. It is perfect. Like new but without the Apple box. Not a mark on it and battery is 94% capacity with no replaced screen or any problems at all. I’m thrilled and will definitely be using New Fone House again to purchase refurbished devices! Great price too. Amazing, cannot fault service or product received.

It's June now, I brought this 13 Pro Max 256gb in March, it came well packaged and with a free case, which was greatly appreciated! It was in superb condition! The phone has been superb since, no problems at all! I highly recommend using TechLike(UK). I will continue to look of them on the Amazon storefront as they sell quality items. This is why I brought off them rather than other sellers.

Don’t bother turned up with a broken microphone and had to return it shame considering the phone it self looked good and performed well until I realise the microphone was broken and no one could hear me.

Bought a iPhone from these guys, ended up being faulty, the condition of the iPhone was excellent and battery was good however the hardware was defective. Spoke to them about this issue, got back to me on the same day, had the phone replaced within 2 days. Thank you guys.

Compré este iPhone reacondicionado en estado “Aceptable”. Al recibirlo me decepcionó un poco el estado estético, ya que tenía un golpe bastante visible en la esquina inferior derecha del marco. Entiendo que un dispositivo reacondicionado pueda presentar signos de uso, pero esperaba un desgaste menos llamativo según la descripción del anuncio. En un primer momento intenté gestionar la devolución. El proceso fue más lento de lo esperado porque me solicitaron numerosas fotografías y las respuestas tardaban aproximadamente 24 horas, lo que iba retrasando cada paso del trámite. Finalmente, me enviaron una etiqueta de devolución con los portes pagados para realizar el envío mediante UPS, por lo que el problema quedó resuelto. No obstante, creo que esta información debería facilitarse desde el principio para evitar incertidumbre y agilizar el proceso. También me llamó la atención que, para tramitar la devolución, me exigieran fotografías detalladas de todos los desperfectos estéticos cuando esos mismos desperfectos no se muestran ni se describen de forma individual en el anuncio. Considero que sería mucho más transparente que el vendedor incluyera imágenes reales de los daños estéticos más relevantes, igual que las solicita al comprador durante una devolución. Mientras esperaba la gestión, conseguí configurar correctamente el teléfono y decidí quedármelo. Funciona bien en el uso diario y, por el momento, no he tenido ningún problema. Sí aparece un aviso indicando que la pantalla no es original, algo que me habría gustado conocer antes de la compra, aunque esto no parece afectar a su funcionamiento. En general, el teléfono cumple su función, pero considero que la descripción del estado estético, la información sobre los componentes sustituidos y el proceso de devolución deberían ser más transparentes para que el comprador sepa exactamente qué puede esperar.

Físicamente genial, pantalla nueva y batería al 100%… (lo que han reparado), pero el interior es otra cosa. El móvil No funciona!!! Desde el soporte de Apple me comunican que está averiado y se debe de reparar. Problemas en el Hardware. Adjunto fotos. Antes que ir al soporte de Apple, intenté todo por sacarle punta, pero fue imposible… Una gran decepción de compra. Si quieres un móvil roto, este es tu sitio. No entiendo cómo pueden enviar a un cliente un móvil roto.

Todo correcto, batería al 95%, envío rápido dadas las fechas y sin ningún problema, recomendable

Levererad med 100% batterihälsa , lite snålt att USB-c kontakt för vägguttag inte ingår . Endast USB kabel ingår och det innebär att om du har en äldre iPhone som använder Lightning kontakten behöver du införskaffa en usb-c kontakt för att kunna ladda , alternativt om du har någon i familjen med en Android telefon så kan du använda deras laddare till att ladda .
