UPDATE in 1/2015: I used this through out my pregnancy, nursing and still use it today. I will occasionally use with the décolleté silicone pad, which works amazing together, but it not necessary. Especially when I just adjust the straps. I am now almost 40 and have a 36DD, and I have not had any chest wrinkles since I began using this. I am able to wear the low cut shirts when I like, and I feel completely confident, I wish they also made other products!! This pillow was very well made, I clean it with my other laundry-throw it into the wash and dryer (probably not supposed to clean it this way) but that is what I have done and it has lasted me for years now. I will still say that it is not the cutest, most enticing thing to wear when I go to bed, however, my husband doesn't mind it at all. I have had several people ask me about it when I tell them and if they don't buy it, I think (to myself) that they are crazy to use other products without trying this one first. It does go under a sports bra, and when I wear a standard night time bra, I just put this over that bra and it works fine. Overall, I have been extremely pleased with this product and highly recommend. I know if and when this one falls apart, I will be purchasing another one!! I had been using the silicone sticky pad for about a month, and while that worked, it seemed to move around quite a bit, or would come off with moisture-I was still waking up some days with some creases on my decollete. I tried this and have had no problems with creases or wrinkels yet. I will say that it has a funny smell to it initially, but after cleaning it and letting it dry outside, I hardly notice the smell at all. I am also pregnant, but needed it anyway due to having a larger chest, but this has also helped me sleep a bit better, more comfortably and with confidence that I can wake up to no chest wrinkles. Only other draw back is that it is not the cutest "sleepwear" item, but I am fine with that overalll, it is easily put on or taken off under my night time cami. I would highly recommend this to anyone concerned about chest wrinkels.

This is an amazing find! I used to be so tired of sleeping on my back. Now, I can sleep in any position! It stays in place, it is comfortable, soft, and supports my breasts. Thanks to the creator!

Quality product that’s very comfortable but not for me. I’m a 36C-D so might work better for a larger chest. For me it pops out too much so looks funny and doesn’t lay flat enough to prevent my chest wrinkles. Having said that, it’s worth trying if you’re on the fence. I did end up going with a different fabric option that fits flat between the breasts, looks cute, and is comfortable. However if you’re looking to completely erase chest wrinkles, I now feel the silicone chest patches are the best bet, or perhaps this coupled with the patches since those can fall off when sleeping.

This pillow works, but it could work better. The fabric is very slippy (almost like a stretchy satin, but it feels kind of thick) which feels nice, but makes it difficult for the pillow to stay in place. I also feel like there is a tad bit too much stuffing. The pillow is very rounded in shape rather than flat. Combine that with the slippy fabric, and I have had to wear it under my top as it slips less on skin than it does on other fabric. Also, many of my pajama tops aren't loose enough for the pillow to actually settle between my breasts, rather than slide over the top of them (again drat the slippy fabric). The straps are pretty easy to figure out; they form an X from the four points of the pillow. Your head goes through the top hole, your arms through the sides, and your torso through the bottom with the straps crossing at your back. It was fairly easy to adjust the bottom ones while you are wearing the pillow, but I had to remove it to adjust the top ones. I feel like the straps have a decent range; I wear large or extra large shirts and there was still room for someone bigger than me and a lot of strap left to make it smaller. I think it would likely fit from an S to a 2 or 3XL, but not much bigger than that. Another concern regarding the slippy fabric is the size of your breasts. I have a seven inch difference between my bust and underbust. For those of you in the know, that makes me a G cup in US sizes. I also have fairly short roots and projected breasts (if you don't know what I'm talking about and would like to, check out the A Bra That Fits subreddit, lots of helpful information on getting the right fit in your bras based on the shape of your breasts). Based of the difficulties I've had, I think anyone with a C cup or smaller or shallow breasts at any size will have issues with the pillow staying between. Something else to consider is the size of the pillow versus the distance between your breasts. The actual size of the pillow is difficult to measure as it's rounded and I don't have calipers, but it measures 7.25 inches around at it's narrowest point. When you solve for the diameter, it's about 2.3 inches across (I'm not positive that it's a perfect circle, but it's pretty close). It's almost too big for me which, again, compounded the issues I've had with it staying in place as it doesn't settle against my sternum. My breasts touch at the root leaving very little room in between. This is the one area that the rounded shape actually helps, as the full diameter doesn't touch flat. It would be nice if they sold it in different sizes. Most of the time the pillow does it's job, but a few times I have woken up to wrinkles on my decolletage suggesting the pillow wasn't laying right through the night. This is a very good concept, but I think it would work better if made in a different fabric like a t-shirt cotton or modal. Also, different sizes would help it work for more people.

Dear ladies, I’m sixty-five now, and I want to share something from the heart. The skin on my chest had become quite thin and crepey — I really thought there was nothing I could do about it anymore. But this breast pillow surprised me. I wear it every single night, and often during the day too, especially before I go out visiting friends. My skin has become visibly smoother and less crepey. I feel so much more confident in blouses with a bit of décolletage now. If you’re around my age and you’ve lost hope that your skin can still improve, please don’t give up. This pillow really does make a difference. I warmly recommend it to every woman.

So expensive but so painful. Woke up several times in severe pain, tried to readjust and go back to sleep but kept waking me up. When on your side the breast on the bottom feels like it’s in a guillotine and the breast on the top gets squished between your arm and the pillow. If you are a side sleeper with large breasts (I thought this was the target audience??) this will not be for you. Youch.

Very happy with the results! I used to use Chest Pads, and they would only last about a week before they started coming off. But when I started using them together with my Intimia Breast Pillow, the results were just amazing. The pillow supports my chest so perfectly that the pads now stay in place much longer! very happy with the results!

I am 38 yrs old and a 36DD. I've just noticed the chest wrinkles this past year that don't go away after a few hours of waking up. I am not interested in fillers but may eventually resort to Retin A to rebuild the collagen from age and sun damage from years past. I've only used the pillow for a month so I will give it much more time and come back to adjust my review, if necessary. 1. For the reviewers that said it worked the next day... really??? Yes, it works for sleep wrinkles - you know, those lines you get on your face when you sleep wrong, but not REAL permanent wrinkles. If you skip a night, those sleep wrinkles will be right back. In fact, I have new 'wrinkles' now. When my boob folds over the pillow as I'm sleeping on my side, I now have a 'sleep-wrong wrinkle' down the middle of each breast as well as the real cleavage wrinkles in the middle. My husband says that you can't see those wrinkles when you have a shirt on and maybe that's why hardly any of the reviews mention this. Out of sight, out of mind? I just hope those boob wrinkles don't become permanent like my cleavage wrinkles have. 2. It is annoying/uncomfortable. The bra itself is comfortable (stretchy straps and soft material) BUT to have it strapped to you while trying to fall asleep is irritating. If it works, it is worth this annoyance and I am holding out hope that long-term use will prevent further wrinkle development. 3. I don't see how this will fit on a petite woman. The straps seem to be catered towards the overweight. I am a size 8-10 and I have the straps towards the smallest setting! On a normal bra, I usually have the straps towards the loosest setting. 4. I did not want to spend $50. I tried homemade but couldn't get it to stay in place all night. This does stay in place. This bra does work on sleep wrinkles. For $50, I will give it much more time to see what it does for real wrinkles.

This pillow is very fat/thick and stiff, so does not contour to the shape of your chest, the straps are just bra straps with the same adjustment as a bra. I purchased to prevent chest wrinkles caused by side sleeping, as the silicone pads I’ve been using are not a very sustainable solution. I have tried this pillow over several nights, trying different levels of snugness to attempt to make it fit in a way that might prevent the wrinkles but to no avail. Unfortunately it is for the bin now

I originally purchase a silicone patch for sleeping, thinking strapping a pillow on would be uncomfortable to sleep in. And actually it was quite the opposite! The silicone patch was uncomfortable having stuck to me all night, and would wake me up. But this pillow AND the straps are very soft on your skin, and fits perfectly between the girls (DD). The morning creasing/wrinkles I noticed are about 90% gone. Exactly what I was looking for!

I spent a lot of money on various plastic pads and chest pillows. None compare to the quality of and simplicity of Intimia. It’s really comfortable and simple to use and to take care of. With this you just wear, wash when it's time, and reuse. I see a major difference in my appearance. My chest wrinkles have significantly smoothed out thanks to Intimia
