Don't go crazy...it's a shower head and it works well.
"As seen on TV" IS the gold standard for any product might consider buying. My old one was clogged and tired and the wife was calling for a replacement. This seemed to hit all the marks. I give it good value, it has a useful range of settings, it has the all-important magic second head and, glory be, has really useful pressure without any dodgy modifications. It IS plastic, but I certainly wasn't going to fork over a king's ransom for metal construction. It's a shower head, not ariding lawn mower. Wait...aren't those now made of plastic too?It was easy to install once you grokked the clampy nature of the attachment point. The instructions were clear and, voila! No leaks.

Beware of incompetent maintenance men (and vague instructions)
Ok so here's the thing. You would think that having your maintenance man install this for you would make things simple, right? Well you'd be wrong. At least in my case. Because apparently, my maintenance guy is so incompetent that he doesn't know how to put on a freaking shower head. Albeit the instructions are vague, but they're simple enough that I can figure it out with some common sense and investigation skills. With this system, there are a few crucial parts: There is the wing nut bolt, the round sphere bolt, a white plastic washer, and the main shower head. These few parts are slightly difficult to get back together once you've taken them apart to install the shower head, but with a little practice, it gets easier. Not too much of a headache (just a little). Now, my white washer did come broken. It had a tiny gap in it but I figured that A) it was supposed to be like that or B) it wasn't so broken that it would ruin the whole product.Enter incompetent maintenance man. He installs the shower head and it's spraying water all out the back of the wing bolt like a sprinkler system. He tries for 30 minutes to get it to stop leaking (with my help even) to no avail. He tells me the broken washer makes it unusable and I will have to get a replacement for it to work. He puts the old shower head back on and leaves.20 HOURS LATER. I pack up the product, start the return process, and I'm getting ready to leave. Then I see the instructions again. I try to find the white washer on the instructions, but it's not on there clearly. I then realize that the washer goes inside the wing nut, not between the sphere bolt and the shower head. So I get my trusty wrench out, I take off the old shower head, put the new one on PROPERLY, and lo and behold the giant sprinkler leak has now been reduced to a teeny tiny little dribble that's barely noticeable once you have the shower running full blast. So that tiny little break in the white washer was not detrimental whatsoever to the function of the product. No loss in pressure, no soaking everything outside the shower curtain, and no giant spray. Just a little insignificant dribble. So when you install this shower head, remember: wing bolt -> white washer inside -> sphere bolt on the pipe -> place shower head and screw the wing bolt on tight. It will still be loose enough to move the head around and position it as you please but not so loose that it will fall off the pipe. Also the white washer is thinner at one side than the other so please note that the white washer fits in perfectly one direction but not the other. So make sure it's placed in the wing bolt properly. Also use that trusty white pipe tape they give you in the box. Put just enough that it stops leaks but not so much that you can't get the black ball screwed onto the pipe properly. Also if your white washer is broken, and the showerhead leaks a little out of the back but there's no loss in pressure or functionality, ask yourself.... "is it really worth the trouble of returning this just for a tiny little leak?"For me the answer was no. I will take my dribbling shower head and I will enjoy it and be thankful for it. (but I'll still take off 1 star because installation is a little bit of a headache and they did send me a broken piece after all)If you want something done right DO IT YOURSELF.

After trying multiple rain showers...
After trying multiple sub-$100 rain showers, AquaCare is the only one that delivered. The others I tried had terrible low pressure. Both AquaCare models, including this one and the one without a shower handle, provided great water pressure. Even in mixed shower handle and rain shower mode, this one feels adequate. I also installed an AquaCare water filter with an on/off switch, which is perfect for me. I'm now a fan of AquaCare and will recommend them to anyone looking for new shower heads or handles.

Outstanding !!
I was looking for a dual head, shower assembly and came across this one on Amazon. When it came, I was very impressed at how cool and beautiful it looked. Very well-made very classy. I didn't have any trouble attaching it in my shower and I want you to know that this is the best showerhead I've ever had in 58 years of living. I was audibly moaning in my shower and saying wow wow wow. The big stream of water that comes out is amazing. It's almost like you can feel each individual stream of water hitting your body. I haven't tried the sprayer yet, but I am sure it's just as good. I was worried that my shower flange would make it point down too much and not be adjustable, but it worked actually better than the ones I've seen in the pictures. I took out the water diverter because I wanted extra pressure and that was very easy to do. I love this thing and I wish I had more than 2 1/2 baths and I would order another one today. I'm going to tell my family about it as well!

Piece of Junk!
Terrible piece of junk. Installed it per instructions in the box. Sprayed tons of water out the top even with the plumbers tape. Called in a plumber to install thinking I had Installed incorrectly. Plumber said I Installed correctly but the plastic fittings are cracked on the main shower head so that is why there is water spraying everywhere. Spent $100 on a piece of junk made in China...ended up paying a plumberto re-install my original shower head. Out almost $200 in the process. Don't bother with this product. Stick to known brands with good reputation and customer friendly warranties.
