Thanks for reminding me that I still had this in my fridge. My husband and I used it once in over a year so it must not be something we really enjoyed. That being said and reading from the label it says"Nothing but goat's milk, pure cane sugar, baking soda. Refrigerate of opening." Remember, the information quoted is from a more than 1 year old bottle. Current labeling may contain more specific information in answer to your question.

How do I obtain a replacement jar? Mine arrived broken and leaking.
